Didn’t expect 25+ people to walk into my heart chakra meditation that day - but the universe had other plans. 🌊🫀

Beside the sea, with the waves on the rocks, live sitar filling the air, bodies moving freely, and practitioners, musicians, artists and dancers all in one space - it stopped feeling like Singapore for a moment. It felt like somewhere sacred.

We stretched, we breathed, we opened up. And then the music took us somewhere even further.

This is what I want to keep creating. Spaces where you can drop in, open up, and just be.

Manifesting more of these in this city. 🙏✨

Today marks a quiet but significant moment in history.
April 15 is now officially International Wellness Day — declared by the United Nations, and proposed by 🇳🇵 Nepal.

For the first time, the world has a dedicated day to redefine what health truly means. Not just the absence of illness — but mental, emotional, social, cultural, and ecological wellbeing.

As a wellness practitioner, this feels deeply personal. The traditions that underpin this resolution — yoga, meditation, sound healing, mindful living — are not new. They are ancient. And they are finally being recognised on the world stage.

To my Singapore community: we live in one of the most high-performing, high-pressure cities in the world. This day is an invitation to ask ourselves something we often skip —

Am I truly well?

14 days of choosing pause over panic. 🌿👇

We recently wrapped up our Morning Reset, and the energy shift was incredible. To everyone who showed up for this container: Thank you.

We brought our messy hair, our sleepy eyes, and our coffee to the mat. Some had cameras on, some had cameras off. There was no pressure to perform. Just 15 minutes of somatic breathwork, singing bowl soundscapes, and real nervous system regulation to start the day.

Building AURAL INK is about creating these exact moments—accessible, low-friction sound healing and mindfulness for people who are tired of the morning rush. Whether you tuned in from here in Singapore or across the globe, we remembered how to take up space before the world asked us for anything.

I just opened a letter from my January self. ✉️🌿

Three months ago, we gathered for The Life Edit to design our 2026. But before we touched a single magazine or wrote a single goal, we did something much harder: we paused.

Guided by Albert Tiong, we used neuro-grounding and meditation to clear the mental clutter. Only then did we script our letters and build our boards.

Looking at my life today, 80% of what I wrote in that room is already unfolding. Manifestation isn't about wishing; it’s about having the mental clarity to move in the right direction.

It’s time for a Q2 Reset. Before the next quarter runs away from us, I’m hosting an intimate, focused reset session.
✨ We will meditate to clear the Q1 noise.
✨ We will script our intentions.
✨ We will write a letter to our July selves.

What does it feel like when 75 strangers become one breath?

I still think about that evening.


The air, warm and alive.

Tibetan singing bowls humming against ambient frequencies —
and underneath it all, the bass finding the spaces between your ribs.

It wasn’t a performance.
It was a threshold.

People came signed up for a sound bath + DJ fusion set with .wellness .
They stayed for something they didn’t have words for yet.

I watched people close their eyes and just… let go.
That’s the whole point, isn’t it?

Sound doesn’t ask you to understand it.
It just moves through you.

That night reminded me why I do this work —
not to fill a room,
but to hold a space where something real can happen.

Grateful for every person who showed up and trusted the experience. 🌿
