Day 1: Selfcare Reset
Led by Angie, Day 1 sets the tone for deep self-care and embodiment:

Learn hands-on techniques using the MYRing to unlock deeply held tension.
• Breathwork:
Experience guided breath practices to calm the nervous system and shift into a state of rest and repair.
• Personalized Yoga Alignment:
Discover how to align your yoga practice with your unique body structure—moving with intelligence, not just form.
Day 2: Regulate & Realign
Guided by Jo, Day 2 invites you to deepen your connection with your body.
• Introduction to Somatics:
Understand the principles of Somatic movement and how it supports nervous system regulation - building trust, comfort, and coordination from within.
• Yin Yoga Personalised:
Explore Yin as a functional, adaptable tool for deep rest and structural support.
Day 3: Integrate & Restore
• Pre-Med Yoga with Angie:
We begin with a pre-med yoga class rooted in therapeutic principles. Through thoughtful sequencing and accessible poses, you’ll explore how yoga can be used to support healing, alignment, and nervous system balance.
• Restorative Yoga with Jo:
Conclude the retreat with a deeply restful and replenishing practice. Through long-held, fully supported poses, Jo will guide you into a space of stillness where body, breath, and mind can settle completely—integrating the work of the previous days.
