Our Active Health Coaches engaged preschoolers, families & early childhood educators through the Active Health MAP (Mobility Assessment Programme), introducing simple and enjoyable movement exercises to support their overall fitness.

Earlier last month, we joined residents at the launch of Sembawang Central’s “Let’s Jalan” brisk walking movement, which concluded at Bukit Canberra.
