Reducing same-day elective surgery cancellations isn’t simple—but that’s exactly the challenge Dr Hah Yan Yee took on through the Clinical Practice Improvement Programme (CPIP).

From uncovering root causes to applying the PDSA cycle, CPIP equipped her with practical Quality Improvement tools to test ideas, refine solutions, and drive meaningful change.

From 12–15 May, participants of the latest Clinical Practice Improvement Programme (CPIP) workshop explored how science, data, teamwork, and evidence-based practice can be applied to drive meaningful improvements in healthcare.

🎉 Congratulations to our LEAD Cohort 2 Graduates!

From 12 March to 8 May 2026, 28 participants embarked on a transformative journey through our signature leadership programme in collaboration with Nanyang Business School — starting with an immersive 3D2N outdoor experiential programme with OBS before diving into three powerful pillars: Leading Self & Team, Leading Transformation, and Leading the Healthcare Organisation.

Over these weeks, our Cohort 2 participants have grown in ways that go beyond the classroom — sharpening their strategic thinking, deepening their cultural intelligence, and strengthening their commitment to leading as One NHG. They leave the programme equipped to drive healthcare transformation, harness AI and financial acumen, and champion a shared vision across our institutions.
