Honey Gin Sunrise ๐Ÿฏ๐ŸŠโ˜€๏ธ

Bright, refreshing and made for hot days. Crafted with Tasmanian Mountain Mead Gin and a splash of Beeland Honey Vinegar Plus, this golden cocktail brings a smooth honey sweetness with a refreshing tang.

You will need:
2 oz Orange Juice
1 oz Aperol
2 Tasmanian Mountain Mead Gin
1.5 oz Bee Land Honey Vinegar Honey
1 oz Lime Juice

Method:
1) In the shaker, add all ingredients and add ice
2) Shake for 10 seconds
3) Double-strained into a old-fashioned glass with ice

Hot day? Keep it cool with a refreshing Honey High Ball. Made with Tasmania Leatherwood Honey and Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky Honey Mead, itโ€™s smooth, lightly sweet and perfect over ice.

You will need:
2.5 oz Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky Honey Mead
2 oz Tasmania Leatherwood Honey Syrup ( 1 part honey, 1 part water)
2 oz Lime Juice
Soda Water

Method:
1) In tall glass, add the whisky, honey syrup and lime juice
2) Mix well together
3) Add ice till full
4) Top up with Soda Water
5) Mix well and ENJOY!

The weather has been so hot lately โ€” how can we go without a refreshing iced drink?

A refreshing twist on a Thai classic, made with fragrant Thai tea and BeeLand Honey Vinegar (Lime Flavour). ๐Ÿฏ๐Ÿ‹

Sweet, tangy and refreshing with a smooth finish โ€” the perfect drink to cool you down on a hot day! ๐Ÿ’›

Ingredients (2-3 Serving)
โ€ข 150 ml hot water
โ€ข 3sachet Thai Tea Mix
โ€ข 120 ml BeeLand Honey Vinegar Lime
โ€ข Ice cubes
โ€ข Fresh lime slice (optional, for garnish)
โ€ข Mint leaves (optional)
Method
1. Brow the Thai tea in 150 ml of hot water for 3โ€“5 minutes.
2. Off the fire, add in the 120 ml BeeLand Honey Vinegar Lime.
3. Remove the tea bag and allow the tea to cool slightly.
4. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
5. Stir well until fully combined.
6. Garnish with a fresh lime slice and mint leaves if desired.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
