Working with the community at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine | NTU Singapore yesterday was such a highlight! 🌿

We had a short 1-hour session together. A quick mind-reset talk paired with a restorative sound bath. As a facilitator, I always tune into the room’s energy, and yesterday’s group had such a gentle, calming vibe that allowed me to just flow effortlessly alongside them.

It didn't matter whether someone preferred to sit back or lie dow. What mattered was that everyone gave themselves permission to rest. Seeing them gather around afterward, laugh, and excitedly try out the singing bowls was the absolute best part of my day. 🥣✨

There is a distinct weight to a room when a large group of people simultaneously decides to lay down their armour.

Schools are inherently fast-paced environments, constantly buzzing with performance, expectations, and mental noise. But for a moment in this Woodlands school hall, all of that evaporated.

This view always humbles me. So many individual minds, each carrying their own unseen weights, deadlines, and anxieties, gradually softening into a single, shared frequency. When the sound takes over, the pressure to perform or be productive fades away. Everyone is simply given the raw permission to just exist.

We don't realise how much noise we are holding onto until we are finally immersed in absolute stillness.

Deeply grateful to the school for recognising that deep, restorative rest isn't a luxury—it’s a necessity. Thank you for trusting me to guide your community back to their centre. 🙏
