Key session in the Stoma and Incontinence stream marked a key moment in EWMA’s renewed focus on stoma and incontinence care - bringing international perspectives together around “Guidelines and collaboration in wound, ostomy and continence.”
Chaired by EWMA President Dimitri Beeckman, the session highlighted how global guidelines and cross‑disciplinary collaboration can strengthen practice and improve patient outcomes.
From WCET International Ostomy Guidelines to continence after visceral‑oncological surgery, the programme showcased the power of working together across borders and disciplines.
