Stayed at my friend’s place in Ljubljana for a few days. This juice bar is only open on weekdays. Today I picked up a cold pressed juice made from beetroot, apple, pineapple, lemon & raspberry. I always taste the difference when juice is made using a press rather a masticating juicer.

My friend encouraged me to try asimina (pawpaw) today. Looks a bit like a mango but totally different. She said it reminded her of her toothpaste when she was a child. I was a bit sceptical at first, but I loved it ❤️ Texture and taste of set custard! Going back for more tomorrow 😋

Juicing sweet potato always seems to give juices a creamier consistency. Great for knocking down cravings.
