I used to believe that brain fog, mood swings, stress, fatigue, anxiety, heavy PMS, joint pain, bloating… is something that comes with age and that it’s normal.

But the more I healed and the more I studied the depth of a Woman’s body I got ti understand that it’s the modern vs nature’s environment that affects and is crucial to our biology, hormones & metabolic state.

Turning back to what God’s creation is, is what gave me back my health & it’s what I wish to teach everyone that is wanting to learn ✨

Through my 14/15 years of coaching and working with clients there are many that ‘demolish’ workouts using gym as a place to ‘burn off’ anxiety, arguments at home or work, bad mood, anger, pain, trauma…or vent frustration. Gym and workouts become a therapy session that;

In reality doesn’t heal your trauma or the ‘thing’ you are dealing with. It might give you a quick couple hour boost after the session but soon after you can feel the same only that now you might have done more harm by ‘pushing’ your body to go faster and load more weight on the bar.

The harm was done to your own body, that continues to ‘deal’ with your mental state & we continue to demand more from it.

Our bodies were made to move yes, and movement is essential to our health. Movement will result in health only if & when we use it as a Metabolic And Mechanical Signal that tells the body to remain Strong, Efficient & Capable. Regular movement then supports:

- lymphatic flow
- circulation
- mitochondrial activity
- insulin sensitivity
- musculoskeletal integrity

If exercise is approached by feelings & mental state and not by our Biological Signals and Laws of Nature what can happen is catastrophic biological failure where your body’s systems literally run out of currency:

-energy
- metabolic insecurity
- disrupted hormones

This is why honoring Laws of Nature & Circadian rhythms plays a crucial role in how & when to move to maintain flow, utilize energy & reinforce biological message that the organism needs.
Movement needs to be structured properly for to Support your body’s needs and life daily habits & not worsen it 🙏🌻

One of the things I have missed the most through growing up is definitely having more Education on how a woman’s body not just differs from mens but also goes through it’s own seasons as we age.
These seasons are natural and it’s our biology that is made in a way that hormones transition through stages of:

- puberty
- reproductive/fertility years
- perimenopause
- menopause

All of those bring shifts in energy, nutritional requirements, movement, sleep demands, mood, brain function and wellbeing.

As someone that has been through shifts on my own and having passion to study humans body (obsession actually :)), I have come to understand that my biology at some point could not do it’s work by it’s own terms given to each one of us NATURALLY, because I did not understand that there are far more things affecting our biology than food, workout, and some supplements.

As I continued to focus only on those, my body kept depleting ATP (energy), more exhaustion, fatigue, and showing up for others, went into rollercoaster of thinking that I need stricter diets, harder workouts, intermittent fasting that worked against Circadian biology, stress kept increasing and body started to ‘take fuel’ from my hormones. My thinking was that modern days a lot of women go into peri/menopause earlier than what used to happen. I have coached women that enter losing period in their early 30s.

I have kept searching and with support of my own coaches got to understand that my body wasn’t broken, that what is common for society is NOT always Normal and that I was living and building life that did everything against my biology.

As a health coach I wish to educate women that when women learn to recognise their body’s signals, they can work with their physiology instead of against it. This is where natural healing approaches and circadian biology become powerful tools.

I find it deeply important to help women understand transitions they are going through — not as problems to fix, but as Natural seasons of life to be supported, understood, and worked with their body’s innate intelligence.

I know, it sound 👀?

That light can do all that to our body. The only way we can convince ourselves is by knowing what symptoms are you experiencing now; then trying to implement few simple steps to your daily schedule, like taking 5 minutes to see the first morning sunlight (even just through the window), doing this for some time over and over again and then observe, if you are experiencing the change.

It sounds easy but it definitely takes work, it takes steps, changing your habits, patterns that have been a part of you not because of who you are but because of your environment.

I have been working with clients and doing the work myself as i am learning from my own coaches and mentors. It starts to make so much sense once you learn the depth of circadian rhythms that our body was meant to live by. Hormones, organs, mind, energy… everything shifts & starts functioning the natures way.

For me the deeper I do, study & coach the work of Circadian biology means shifting living life to Reality that is in-front of me. And I know this because I am grateful enough to have lived in age where lap tops, phones, and fast ‘on click’ orders and deliveries did not exist.

Life was calmer, more present, peaceful, slower, less noisy… which clearly resulted in generation that was overall healthier , kinder, that socialized more, was more loving & energized.

I speak this not because I have learned it, but experienced both side on my own skin.

I wish to teach those who are willing to learn, how liberating it is to do things & live life feeling good from inside.

‘Funny’ enough that I looked the best when internally I felt the worst. I tried ‘fixing’ symptoms from the wrong end. I thought I needed to fix my hormones, and then my digestive system and then sleeping patterns and then… as I tried to work on one, another symptom soon after started showing up.

Until I have learned that all of the above were expressions of what was happening rooted deep down inside, so rather than ‘fixing’ the ends I finally started to heal the roots from it’s core.

It takes longer for this kind of seed to grow, because you need to find the right and good soil, you need to water it daily, you must expose it to Light and you need to be very patient as it will only grow when the season is right 🌻

Non-native vs Native:

You are either ‘plugged in’ & disconnected or you are Disconnected and Connected!

When you put the highest value on your Health, you will start to feel that over years when you do the things that were not natural to a Human body, you can count calories, take supplements, medications, try another workout plan, etc… but something just won’t add up.

The body will continue to experience depression, anxiety, fear, inability to gain muscle/lose fat, brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues, insomnia, misaligned hormones, stress…

I am not saying technology is bad, but it becomes bad when it’s overused. Human body was not made to be plugged in on the watch to count your calories and steps while u walk on a treadmill that is plugged into electricity and then sit down infront of your laptop watching the blue light screen, driving in an electric cars, speaking to your friend on the iphone, doing your workouts with headphones on and sleeping with another ring or wrist tracker telling you, if you slept enough and recovered well (just to name a few).

Our bodies can sense the frequency of non-native EMF’s even if you physically don’t feel it. We were made to set our internal circadian rhythms that are tuned/guided by and with Nature.

These circadian rhythms work in Polarities, where every single cell in your body does the work ON it’s time:

- night and day polarity
- seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter)
- hot and cold
- day and night
- fast and feast
- light and dar
- movement and stillness

This is where Circadian Biology enters the frame as the cornerstone of my practice and the primary focus of my practice and primary focus of the way I coach my clients - which is to bring their bodies in sync with the Timing of Nature.

This is where truly every cell of the body begins to function properly, and can do the work that was meant to perform -> lose weight, give energy, recover, align the hormones; etc.

Why having a regular and ON TIME Sleep routine, can help you Heal?

Every cell in your body has a ‘clock gene’ 🧬 coordinated by one Master clock in your Brain (SCN). This system ensures your organs aren’t all trying to do their ’heavy lifting’ at the same time.

This is why it’s important to stay in rhythm of a day and night, for your body to be able to Activate & Deactivate the work of a certain organ, when it’s time to do so.

If you eat your meal at 11 pm, under Artificial Blue light, when your gallbladder was meant to start to clean, you are confusing your activation & deactivation Signals, because you are giving your body food to digest at the wrong time under the Artificial light 💡 that is telling your body it is afternoon 🕛.

Your organ clock genes are confused & what happens in the body? Dis-order, the system collapses when this is done on repeat.

Besides your organ schedule, SCN manages also your:

-> Hormone regulation (melatonin, cortisol, growth hormone, ghrelin & leptin)
-> Core body temperature (internal thermostat)
-> Immune system (pro-inflammatory phase to fight off infections)
-> Autoimmune Nervous System (stress, fight, flight & rest, digest state)

The first simple thing you can do is look at the daylight when the sun is rising. This is how you SCN gets the first signal that tells your organs and the rest of the systems what to do.🌞

In the 90s ‘low-fat’ was sold as the biggest food to fear but in reality it is the most important molecule your body needs, not just for fuel but to function well.

Michael Crawfords study finds that the brain is not made of protein but of fats (lipids).

Specifically DHA (omega 3), which consumes 60% of our brain. DHA sits in your cells membranes and acts as a wire that connects light through the protein in the retina of your eye -> receives and utilizes the energy for your brain to function properly.

If this does not happen cells ‘leak’ leading to brain fog, fatigue which many try to fix with coffee.
And if we go further when these are replaced with processed industrial oils it is the cause of many gut issues, bloating, constipation, inflammation …

As M. Crawford names DHA the Master Molecule of a human body and in lack of this molecule contributing to many physical disease, he claims that 21st century would be defined by ‘mental health crisis’ which can remind us that this change in a human brain is not purely emotional but Structural.
