Non-native vs Native:
You are either ‘plugged in’ & disconnected or you are Disconnected and Connected!
When you put the highest value on your Health, you will start to feel that over years when you do the things that were not natural to a Human body, you can count calories, take supplements, medications, try another workout plan, etc… but something just won’t add up.
The body will continue to experience depression, anxiety, fear, inability to gain muscle/lose fat, brain fog, fatigue, digestive issues, insomnia, misaligned hormones, stress…
I am not saying technology is bad, but it becomes bad when it’s overused. Human body was not made to be plugged in on the watch to count your calories and steps while u walk on a treadmill that is plugged into electricity and then sit down infront of your laptop watching the blue light screen, driving in an electric cars, speaking to your friend on the iphone, doing your workouts with headphones on and sleeping with another ring or wrist tracker telling you, if you slept enough and recovered well (just to name a few).
Our bodies can sense the frequency of non-native EMF’s even if you physically don’t feel it. We were made to set our internal circadian rhythms that are tuned/guided by and with Nature.
These circadian rhythms work in Polarities, where every single cell in your body does the work ON it’s time:
- night and day polarity
- seasons (spring, summer, autumn, winter)
- hot and cold
- day and night
- fast and feast
- light and dar
- movement and stillness
This is where Circadian Biology enters the frame as the cornerstone of my practice and the primary focus of my practice and primary focus of the way I coach my clients - which is to bring their bodies in sync with the Timing of Nature.
This is where truly every cell of the body begins to function properly, and can do the work that was meant to perform -> lose weight, give energy, recover, align the hormones; etc.
