When PMS has its own plans… and you have yours :)
You know those days when you tell yourself:
“This month I’m really eating clean.”
…and then PMS shows up like: “Sweetheart, sit down.”
One day it’s salads, discipline, hydration.
The next day you could eat the entire kitchen — including things that aren’t even yours.
And honestly?
It’s normal.
During PMS your body burns more energy, blood sugar swings harder, and cravings for carbs are physiology, not “lack of willpower”.
Lately I’ve been listening to my body more.
During PMS, I genuinely feel better when I eat:
warm meals
magnesium
dark chocolate
bananas
omega‑3 rich foods
When I eat like this, I feel less bloated, less irritable, and less “wildly hungry”.
If you’re in this too — you’re not alone.
PMS isn’t a personality trait.
