Točka tvoje moči Za preseganje fizičnega in/ali energijskega neravnovesja analiziram tvoje biopolje in celostno svetujem, da se znova postaviš v svojo točko moči. KAKO?

Celostno svetovanje in bioterapija tako pri akutnih in kroničnih zdravstvenih, fizičnih težavah kot tudi težavah v življenju, odnosih, službi, družini ...

Pri svojem delu na svojstven način kombiniram pridobljeno znanje tradicionalnih (celostnih) medicin (kitajska, indijska, majevska, tibetanska), karmične diagnostike in biorgonomije (moj veliki učitelj je bil Marjan Ogorevc), postavitve družine

, reiki, Bachova cvetna terapija, zeliščarstva, aromaterapije, vplivov prehrane, toplotnih zakonitosti telesa in še kaj. Moj individualni in celostni pristop omogoča
- svetovanje najučinkovitejše podpore na materialnemu nivoju za sanacijo obolelega telesa in
- diagnosticiranje in terapijo dejanskih vzrokov, ki jih vedno najdemo na nematerialnemu, energijskemu nivoju. Ker začutim energijsko polje človeka/živali lahko "pogledam" fizično stanje telesa ter ustrezno svetujem in poiščem dejanske, nematerialne vzroke za nastale težave, ki jih nato pomagam ozavestit in odpravit.

Junij je za mnoge otroke eden najbolj napornih mesecev v letu.

Zaključevanje ocen, testi, spraševanja, pričakovanja … in občutek, da morajo zdržati še samo malo.

Takrat pogosto ne potrebujejo še več pritiska, ampak podporo.

Bachove esence so nežna, individualno izbrana podpora za obdobja, ko se pojavljajo napetost, skrbi, notranji nemir ali preobremenjenost. Namenjene so podpori čustvenemu ravnovesju in boljšemu počutju. 🌿

When the nervous system has been in overdrive for too long,
things that once felt natural — calm, focus, presence — start to disappear.

At that point, “just resting” or “thinking positive” is often not enough anymore.

The body and mind need something deeper:
regulation, grounding, and understanding what is actually happening inside.

Nature keeps reminding us of this:
forest air, morning sunlight, birdsongs, flowing river, bare feet on grass…

These are not just beautiful images —
they are states in which the nervous system begins to settle and return to balance.

And when even that is no longer enough,
it’s a sign to go deeper.
Not just toward calm, but toward understanding.

That’s where real change begins.
From the inside out.

HOW TO HEAL FROM PAST TRAUMA

1. Stop pretending you’re “over it”
Unhealed pain doesn’t disappear—it hides in your reactions, fears, relationships, and silence. Healing begins when you honestly admit what hurt you.

2. Understand that what happened was not your identity
Trauma is something you experienced, not who you are. You are more than the pain you survived.

3. Let yourself feel what you buried
What is suppressed stays trapped in the body and mind. Cry, journal, talk, reflect—release what you’ve been carrying for too long.

4. Stop blaming yourself for how you survived
You coped the best way you knew how at the time. Survival responses are not weaknesses—they were protection.

5. Create safety in your present life
A calm environment, healthy boundaries, good people, and daily routines help your nervous system finally relax.

6. Don’t force healing to happen quickly
Trauma heals in layers. Some days you’ll feel strong, other days broken again. Both are part of the process.

7. Learn to calm your nervous system
Deep breathing, meditation, walking, silence, prayer, or mindfulness teach your body that it is safe now.

8. Let go of the need to “get back” at anyone
Holding onto anger keeps you emotionally connected to the pain. Healing is freedom—not revenge.

9. Speak to yourself with compassion
The wounded version of you needed love, not criticism. Be gentle with the parts of yourself still healing.

10. Accept that healing doesn’t erase the past
It changes your relationship with it. The memory may remain, but it no longer controls your life.

Trauma changes people…
but healing can transform them again.

You are not broken.
You are healing from things you were never meant to carry alone.
