The purchase of Enagic’s products for the purpose of resale is strictly prohibited. This restriction is set forth in Enagic’s Policies and Procedures, paragraph 13), as well as in the Distributor Agreement, paragraph 2, section 2.2(a).
Enagic operates as a direct selling company through its authorized distributors only. To ensure consistency, fairness, and integrity within the distributor network, Enagic establishes and maintains specific pricing for its products.
