Today we celebrate Mohamed Kaisama — a true impact maker whose influence reaches students, colleagues, and the wider community.

As a 100-level student, he made history representing Njala University, emerging as Best Debater in the 2025 Inter-University Debating Competition. He also served as Presidential Spokesperson during His Excellency Hakim’s administration.

Currently, under Her Excellency President Francess Nallo, he holds two key roles in NUPHA: Presidential Spokesperson and Chairman of Student Welfare and Initiatives.

Despite being only in his second year, Mohamed has already earned several prestigious awards for his excellence and leadership.

On Wednesday at Njala University’s Bo Campus in Towama, His Royal Majesty Asagba Professor Epiphany Chigbogu Azinge, King of Asaba Kingdom, Nigeria, called for deeper cultural and academic collaboration between Sierra Leone and Nigeria while delivering a public lecture titled “Strengthening Cultural Heritage and Academic Partnership for Sustainable Development: A Comparative Perspective Between Sierra Leone and Nigeria (Case Study of Asaba).
