Yesterday on the 8/11/25, the Mambolo Chiefdom Health Network conducted a screening exercise for all the registered patients for the upcoming surgical outreach.

This year, we had a total of 104 people registered for the surgeries. This recorded the highest number of people registered since we started these activities.

UPDATE ON A RECENT SURGERY DONE FREE OF COST FOR MR. BOMBOLIE KAMARA ON 19/03/25 BY PROF. DR. TB KAMARA.

Mr bombolie Kamara was a patients during the December 2024 medical outreach.

Mr Bombolie Kamara had chronic urinary retention (secondary to urethral stricture) that made him unable to urinate for months.

During the day of the medical outreach, Dr. Bah did a suprapubic cystostomy (SPC) to relieved him of the retention and had a urinary catheter and urine bag inserted insitu for 4months and counselled him to come to Freetown for follow-up.

Since January, Mr. Bombolie Kamara has been attending follow-up appointments with Prof. Dr. TB Kamara and was finally scheduled for surgery on March 19, 2025.

A surgery worth about Le15,000 (Fifteen Million old Leones) was done free of cost for him by professor TB Kamara. What a kind gesture by our able father, mentor and all.
