Don't take coconut water with any tablet dosage form. Research on it is going on, so far it is sensitive to incipients used in tablet dosage form. Use lukewarm water.

ctAccording to the studies that was done in many developing countries many prescribers and medical practitioners diagnosed patients without laboratory test.According to the the survey reasons were based on poverty I.e patients can't afford to pay consultation fees,do lab test and to buy the prescribed drugs.Secondly most practitioner cannot afford to loose their patients to other practitioner because of lab test,hence they go on with the diagnosis without aided lab test.These have caused serious problem like poly pharmacy,prescribers go on prescribing several drugs for various diagnostic disease conditions.The problems are huge guys,adverse drug reaction,drug interaction and drug overdose are not taken into consideration.Let's try to address such menace in our countries.

Many people are in the habits of taking excess essential minerals and vitamins.The idea of rapid response is not TRUE. The body absorb little amount of those,excess of it leads to toxicity.Organs such as liver and kidney are greatly affected by toxicity.Don't exceed the amount accorded you.
