SOCOTU Sendikası yöneticilerini Büyükelçiliğimizde ağırlamaktan memnuniyet duyduk. Gelişen Somali ekonomisine nitelikli iş gücünün sunacağı katkıları ele aldığımız verimli bir görüşme gerçekleştirdik.

Waan ku faraxsanahay inaan Safaaradda ku soo dhoweynno madaxda Xiriirka Guud ee Ururrada Shaqaalaha. Waxaan yeelanay kulan miro-dhal ah, kaas oo aan uga wada hadalnay doorka muhiimka ah ee shaqaale xirfad leh ay ka qaadan karaan horumarinta iyo kobcinta dhaqaalaha sii koraya ee Soomaaliya.

We were pleased to host the leadership of the SOCOTU Trade Union at our Embassy. We held a productive meeting in which we discussed the contributions that a skilled workforce can make to Somalia’s developing economy.

Sidaas darteed, waxaan ugu baaqeynaa Dowladda Federaalka Soomaaliya inay si degdeg ah wax uga qabato kororka qiimaha shidaalka, isla markaana ay qaaddo tallaabooyin lagu yareynayo culayska saaran gaadiidleyda iyo shacabka Soomaaliyeed ee ku tiirsan gaadiidka dadweynaha.

Sidoo kale, waxaan ugu baaqeynaa ganacsatada Soomaaliyeed inay u naxariistaan shacabka, kana fogaadaan inay ka faa’iideystaan xaaladaha adag ee ka jira caalamka ee saameynta ku yeeshay qiimaha shidaalka iyo badeecadaha kale.

Ugu dambeyn, waxaan ku baaqeynaa in la helo xal waara oo lagu xakameeyo sicir-bararka shidaalka, si loo ilaaliyo shaqada iyo nolosha gaadiidleyda Soomaaliyeed.
