It gives the health care leaders to act decisively ,swiftly response to emergencies ,collaborate and exhibit strong multisectoral coordinations in responding to public health threats and lay a foundation for a sustainable public health security .
Yesterday 14 ,Feb , DG Dr John Mut Bol had an opportunity to meet the undersecretary in the national ministry of health Dr Harriet Pasquale,
She has been on the forefront at the times when the cholera was at it's highest peak across the country and we really do appreciate her support towards the cholera response that endangered lives of many people across some of the states in South sudan
The key groundbreaking step we had exhausted today was the recognition of MSF health facility in leer County as the MoH official County Hospital as this decision will help foster effective and more efficient health service delivery across the state .
Thanks to H.E Justice Riek Bim Bim , Governor of Unity state for the support ,my heartfelt appreciation goes to Dr Harriet ,the undersecretary, national ministry of health for making sure this happens for the benefits of the community of Leer .
