انخراف رغامى نحو الايمن،انخماص فص سفلي متوسط أيمن ،انصباب ايمن ....
🔴 والاهم كثافة خلف ظل القلب (منطقة مخفية)قد تكون كتلة ورمية(بالنسبة للعمر والقصة) تحتاج متابعةCT

🔴A 70-year-old man came to the clinic, a 30-packet/year smoker, he has been complaining of a productive cough for a few years,he presents with dyspnea and weight loss.
🔴On CXR, there was a right-sided tracheal displacement, unilateral right effusion, right lower lobe collapse, and a density behind the heart shadow that may represent a mass. Follow-up with CT scan.
