The Opportunity
SA.INFINITY EUROPE, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is executing a strategic expansion plan across the Middle East and emerging markets.
We are exclusively seeking a highly experienced executive leader to take full ownership of an international product portfolio and transform it into a high-growth, multi-market business.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
It is a P&L-driven leadership position with direct impact on company growth.
Your Mandate
You will be accountable for:
Defining and executing the global product strategy
Leading market entry and expansion across multiple countries
Building and managing a high-performing international distributor network
Driving commercial performance, revenue growth, and market share
Aligning regulatory, medical, and commercial functions into a unified ex*****on model
What You Will Own
Full product lifecycle: Strategy → Registration → Launch → Scale
Market prioritization across GCC, MENA, and emerging markets
Pricing architecture and commercial model design
High-level negotiations with strategic partners and distributors
Cross-functional leadership across international teams
Success Profile
We are looking for a leader who has:
Successfully led pharmaceutical product launches across multiple countries
Strong experience in emerging markets and distributor-driven models
Proven ability to drive revenue growth and market expansion
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and market access
A strategic mindset combined with strong ex*****on capability

Executive-level decision making and full ownership
