I did my yoga teacher training in Thailand in 2017 with and traveled for two months afterwards (accompanied by !!)
I felt that when choosing the training, and planning my trip, it was going to be some type of destiny, that whoever I met at the yoga Shala would become special in my life. But I left the island having made no strong connections, which at first made me a bit disappointed, but it’s the adventure that came after that was some type of destiny. The whole experience really altered the course of my life and I’m forever grateful for the journey it has sent me on 🌏💫

My second big insecurity 🙊
One that I will one day be able to afford to fix up, so I don’t need to be self conscious about my smile anymore! 🦷 It may not be so noticeable without knowing about it, but I have bondings on the second two top teeth, which are basically artificially shaped teeth glued to my little ones. I was told this cosmetic procedure would fill out my smile…but instead I have receding gums, stained teeth, and a spot where everything gets stuck. I’ve had so much work done on my teeth 🪥some very necessary and some less (I’ll spare you all the details). They’re one of the first things people see and make an impression with…Through a smile. And I want to love mine!!

I did my own hand tattoos ✌🏼
A couple years ago, while going through one of the hardest things in my life thus far, I was given some party enhancers and stick n poke supplies, and let myself draw in a meditative flow state. Then I got my own supplies and continued drawing on myself and some friends!
They are all accurate and meaningful symbols to me, although I didn’t plan them in the slightest…
Lotus*new beginnings
Om*sound of the universe
Aries*my sun sign
Star*the beautiful night sky and where we come from
Moon*its powerful feminine energy
Quarter note rest*a reminder to pause and take a breath, and that the magic of music happens in the space between the notes

I’ve been vegan for 7 years!
This ice cream macaron isn’t 😂 but everything else from this little Photoshoot was! From a strawberry drink, to a delicious pistachio ice cream, and a lovely cappuccino to close the session. It’s wonderful how meeting the right people can be so influential, from becoming vegan in college with inspiration from , to making a yoga friend who got me this ice cream gig 🍦life is sweet

I have scars near my eye…can you see them?
Not once, but 3 times I split open the skin above my right eye. Makes me wonder if there’s a greater meaning 🤔
the first two happened when I was too young to remember, but the most recent was a few winters back when I knocked it with the handle of a snow shovel when I slipped in the drive way, while trying to dig out my brother’s car ❄️😂 ouch
…the reason we were stuck you may ask? We irresponsibly went to the liquor store to buy beer in a snow storm 🙊

I love handstands…but that was obvious right?! The journey started 8 years ago and I hope it continues forever 🥰 My biggest goal is to have a press handstand and I’m probably closer than I think but I gotta TRAIN IT BABY. And not only for me, but others too! I will start offering personal and group handstand training and workshops for people who also have handstand goals and dreams 🤸🏼‍♂️🤸🏼‍♀️🤸🏻 are you in?!

Starting simple 🍦 Pistachio is my favorite ice cream flavor but I didn’t realize it until I grew up 😂 as a kid I though EW, but now I know it’s awesome- especially the vegan one at
Bonus: drew this design and I got it tattooed on my elbow in Cambodia!
