Had a great weekend of Iyengar yoga with Mark Gibson. Thank you to Heather Kitchen for hosting the workshop.
It was so good to slow everything down and let go through the use of props, and spending much longer in postures.
This is where it all started for me and the lovely Karren Karren Perry 😊🙏

My lovely handmade “Balm for Yogis” is available for purchase. I just made a new batch, I call it balm for yogis but really it’s an all purpose balm for anyone with sore joints and tight muscles.
I have used it myself almost daily over the last 5 or 6 years and it really helps me with tight neck and shoulders mostly from making jewellery.
If you would like to try some they are $35 AUD plus postage.

It started with a simple question about the Lotus Sutra and Richard took it from there !
Very happy to have spent 10 days on retreat with Richard & Mary. Little discussions like this are the personal gifts that we all received.
Although as Richard says we will probably go home with more questions than answers 😊
