How do you explain love? You know when you’re in love, you know when you feel loved, but it’s very hard to put love into words. It’s a knowing. The same thing with God—you have a knowing that there is a higher power, but you can’t prove it, and you can’t explain it. It’s a knowing. Innately, what makes our cells divide, our heartbeat that allows us to be—these creative beings—are a high vibration of energy, which is love. However, to have existence, we need duality. The opposite of love (not hate) is fear. We need that choice between love and fear to create our own existence. By taking action, we really only have two choices in life: are we coming from love, or are we projecting fear onto a person or situation? And in every choice, we shape our world.

In the trance, I trust the divine flow—this is how healing moves through me. Afterward, I just remind myself that the judgment is from the mind, not from my spirit. Seeing myself in this moment brought up so much shame, but also healing. I’m learning to find strength in my vulnerability.

Every client healing is so unique some cry, some hysterically laugh, some purge, some burp, yawn and some shake. And some feel nothing. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that a Healing didn’t take place because why would this energy come through me and why would they be in front of me if it wasn’t divine orchestrated for them.
