Some of you might know me as the Ta**ra from the Heart dog.

But those who know me well know that I’m actually the 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥 𝐓𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐌𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 around here.

I’ve been coming to Ta**ra Immersions since I was two months old, so believe me… 𝐈’𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥.

I’ve watched you humans move through your light and your shadows. I’ve seen the tears, the breakthroughs, the resistance, the love, the drama… and quite a few amazing Ta***ic practices.

I’ve been observing from the side and holding space for years now. And after all this time, I’ve gathered quite a few insights about Ta**ra, relationships, boundaries, humans, connection… and why you all make things so complicated.

You spend a lot of time trying to understand what you feel.
I feel it.

You practice boundaries.
I walk away when I’ve had enough.

You work on being present.
I’ve been staring at the same leaf for twenty minutes.

Hi everyone,

Yes, finally!! Today, Monday, a new Ta**ra session is taking place at 4:30 pm at the Heart Shala! ✨️

For anyone who has done the Ta**ra from the Heart Initiation Immersion and wants to continue practicing the powerfull tools of Taoist Ta**ra️. My dear friend Kristina, who is personally trained by Mantak Chia is giving the first Taoist Ta**ra class today in the our shala 💕

For anyone who wants to take the exploration further and dive deeper into the teachings of Taoist Ta**ra, inspired by the work of Master Mantak Chia.

✨️It will be a weekly session in which we’ll practice the Microcosmic Orbit, Inner Smile, and Six Healing Sounds, with an introduction to Sexual Alchemy (Healing Love) for those who want to go deeper.
