, originally a physician, but specially an extraordinary human being that sits at the intersection of science, ecology and consciousness describes the heart as that. A cathedral, a source of energy, a portal, a physical structure that holds the whole infinite.

We couldn’t resonate more with his words about the heart! This wonderful, intelligent source of power that connects us to our deepest truth. The magic that is created when we allow ourselves to live with an open heart is hard to put in words.. that’s why in **rafromtheheart our medicine it’s an immersive one - because it’s hard to put this power into verbal descriptions. The intelligence of the heart is one that needs to be experienced, felt deeply, beyond any language.

And Immersion after Immersion, we get to enter this cathedral and witness this infinite source of power that connects us all!

Over the summer we will be offering the first exclusive online Embodiment Journey just for all the women from our immersions - a space for us to come together again, reconnect to the energy we created and continue walking this path side by side (more journeys for men and women will come …)

This online journey will include embodiment practices, rituals, sharing, movement, connection and exercises that support you in coming back into the body, feeling, expressing and reconnecting to ourselves and each other.

The intention with this journey is to create ongoing connection and support between us - not only with the women from your own immersion, but also with women from other immersions as we are all connected in this tribe of women 🌺

A space where we remember that we are not alone, where we can nourish ourselves and inspire each other.

Before we head to Europe to offer our Initiation Immersion, we want to honor our last Immersion in Koh Phangan with these beautiful memories!

Every time, the container gathers different colors, tones, experiences, and emotions. People from so many different places come together, open up to their truth, and together we remember the power of the tribe. We are always amazed by how it’s possible to go so deep into connection in only a few days. We guess this is the true medicine of opening the heart!
