This one of abnormalities of the placenta, placenta type is Marginal insertion or Badtledores.
Placental inspection ; the initial of the examination that we can see round shaped of this placenta and look like blood red after that the placenta detached from intrauterine after birth of the baby. This placenta has both side that maternal and embryonic or fetal side and then this picture was showed the embryonic component, when we inspected the fetal side of chorionic plate of the placenta and then the umbilical cord attached at near or margin rather than in the center this insertion can called “ Marginal insertion or Badtledores “ however we can see the vessels from the origin that spread to plate for supply oxygenated around and finished before the outline of the closing ring’s of wrinkles valdeyers about 2 centimeters. This type of this placenta links preterm labor, fetal distress and intrauterine growth restrictions. And we can’t see frequently or rarely.
