On Saturday, May 17th,
we had a wonderful opportunity to spend time with the children at Ban Mai Huai Kob Village.
We sang songs, had fun with basic English lessons, and told stories using a flannel board to make the experience more engaging, understandable, and to spark their imagination.

We also noticed that the children really enjoy crafts and art activities,
so we gave each child a set of colors to use in their future creative projects.

Another heartwarming activity was letting each child make their own photo frame,
decorating it with stickers or drawing and coloring it however they liked.

We were so happy to see the smiles, joy, and excitement on every child’s face.

วันเสาร์ที่ 17 พฤษภาคมที่ผ่านมา
เราได้รับโอกาสดีๆ ในการไปทำกิจกรรมกับเด็กๆ ที่ หมู่บ้านบ้านใหม่ห้วยกบ
เราได้ ร้องเพลง
สนุกสนานไปกับการ สอนภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้น และ เล่านิทานผ่าน “เฟลนเนลบอร์ด” (กระดานผ้าสักหลาด) เพื่อเพิ่มความน่าสนใจ ความเข้าใจ และกระตุ้นจินตนาการของเด็กๆ

นอกจากนั้น เรายังได้เห็นว่าเด็กๆ ชื่นชอบกิจกรรมงานฝีมือและศิลปะมากๆ
เราจึงมอบ สี ให้เด็กๆ ทุกคน เพื่อให้พวกเขาได้นำไปใช้ในผลงานศิลปะอื่นๆ ต่อไป

อีกหนึ่งกิจกรรมที่น่ารักคือ การให้เด็กๆ ทำกรอบรูปของตัวเอง
แล้วตกแต่งด้วย สติ๊กเกอร์ หรือ เขียน-วาดลวดลายด้วยสี ตามใจชอบ

พวกเราดีใจที่ได้เห็น รอยยิ้ม ความสุข และความตื่นเต้น บนใบหน้าของเด็กๆ ทุกคน

Every night, we have a roof over our heads to rest or to shelter from the rain 🏠☔️
there are still many underprivileged people who must face the wind, harsh sun, and uncertainty
without even a roof to call a “home” 🌧️🌪️🌞

Our team has had the opportunity to care for a patient from a family that recently moved into our village 🧑‍⚕️🏡
They are currently living temporarily in someone else’s home. However, due to various limitations,
they have decided to build a small hut as a shelter for their family of five 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

They have already begun constructing the frame of the house 🛠️, but they are still lacking a roof 🏚️
We recognize that, especially during this rainy season ⛈️, a secure roof is vital for them.

ในทุกค่ำคืน เรามีหลังคาบ้านไว้พักผ่อนหรือหลบฝน ☔️
แต่ยังมีผู้ขาดแคลนอีกมากมายที่ต้องเผชิญทั้งลม แดด และความไม่แน่นอน โดยไม่มีแม้กระทั่งหลังคาที่เรียกว่า “บ้าน” 🏚️

ทีมของเราได้รับโอกาสในการดูแลคนไข้ครอบครัวหนึ่งที่เพิ่งย้ายเข้ามาอยู่ในหมู่บ้านของเรา 🧑‍⚕️
ขณะนี้พวกเขาพักอาศัยชั่วคราวในบ้านของผู้อื่น แต่ด้วยข้อจำกัดหลายประการ พวกเขาจึงตัดสินใจสร้างกระต๊อบเล็กๆ เพื่อเป็นที่พักพิงให้กับสมาชิกในครอบครัวรวม 5 คน 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

ตอนนี้พวกเขาเริ่มขึ้นโครงบ้านแล้ว 🏗️
แต่ยังขาด “หลังคา” ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญมากในช่วงฤดูฝนนี้ ⛈️

ในการสร้างบ้านเล็กๆ หลังนี้ ซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยความหวัง ❤️

👧🏻👦🏻During this school break, we noticed that many children did not have the opportunity to travel or participate in special activities at Bann Mai Huay Kob. So, we organized a basic English program combined with games and singing to create a fun atmosphere and spark their interest. 🤩ช่วงนี้เป็นช่วงปิดเทอม เราสังเกตเห็นว่าเด็กๆ หลายคนไม่มีโอกาสได้ไปเที่ยวหรือทำกิจกรรมพิเศษที่ไหน เราจึงจัดโปรแกรมสอนภาษาอังกฤษเบื้องต้นควบคู่ไปกับการเล่นเกมส์ ร้องเพลง เพื่อสร้างความสนุกสนานและเพิ่มความสนใจให้กับเด็กๆ After that, we arranged a craft activity where all the children could work together. Everyone, from the younger kids to the older ones, was fully engaged and dedicated to their projects. 🤩The atmosphere was filled with joy, focus, and excitement. หลังจากนั้น เราจัดกิจกรรมฝีมือให้เด็กๆ ทุกคนได้ลงมือทำด้วยกัน เด็กๆ ตั้งใจทำผลงานของตัวเองอย่างเต็มที่ ทั้งเด็กเล็กและเด็กโต ซึ่งบรรยากาศเต็มไปด้วยความตั้งใจและความสุข😍

ทีม SHALOM และ CALISTA มีโอกาสดีที่จะได้ไปช่วยทำความสะอาดบ้านของป้าศรีซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในคนไข้ที่เรากำลังดูแลอยู่ The SHALOM and CALISTA teams had a great opportunity to help clean the house of Aunt Sreewan, one of the patients we are currently caring for. ป้าศรีอาศัยอยู่เพียงลำพังและมีสุขภาพที่ไม่ค่อยดี จึงไม่สามารถทำความสะอาดบ้านได้อย่างเต็มที่ Aunt Sree lives alone and her health is not in the best condition, so she is unable to clean her house thoroughly. ทางทีมเห็นว่าสิ่งแวดล้อมและที่อยู่อาการศัยก็เป็นปัจจัยที่สำคัญในการช่วยให้ร่างกายและสภาพจิตใจดีขึ้น The team recognizes that the environment and living space are important factors in improving both physical health and mental well-being. ดังนั้นทางทีมจึงไม่รอช้าที่จะลงมือทำ… 🤩 Therefore, the team didn’t hesitate to take action… 🤩

วันนี้อยากมาแบ่งปันเรื่องราวของ “ไชยทิตย์” คนไข้คนหนึ่งที่เราได้ดูแลในช่วงเวลาที่ผ่านมา Today we want to share the story of “Chaiyathit,” a patient we’ve been caring for recently.
จากคนที่เคยรู้สึกหมดหวังกับชีวิต และไม่สามารถหาความหมายของการมีชีวิตอยู่ได้ กลับกลายเป็นคนที่เข้มแข็งขึ้น และสามารถผ่านพ้นอุปสรรคต่างๆที่เข้ามาได้ He was once someone who felt hopeless and couldn’t find the meaning of life, but has now transformed into a much stronger person who has been able to overcome the challenges that came his way. เขายอมรับความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นในชีวิต แม้จะผ่านช่วงเวลาที่มืดมนที่สุด แต่เขาก็ยังคงมีความหวังมาได้อีกครั้ง… หากทุกคนอยากรู้ว่าอะไรคือความหวังของไชยทิตย์ คลิปนี้มีคำตอบ He accepted the changes in his life, and even after going through the darkest times, he was able to find hope once again.
