Teach a man to fish and he will eat for the rest of his life" We want to help everyone achieve what we have achieved, as a couple we have lost over 70 lbs of weight, managed to replace fat with muscle and changed our complete lifestyle to a healthier life. We are not personal trainers nor nutritionist just a family that wants to change the world, follow us on this journey and learn to live a healthier and happier life!

I remember when I turned 30 I thought it was the end of my "youth" I also wasn't living a healthy lifestyle and was tired, sick and felt like s**t most of the time. I have always been a hustler but I had no idea what goals were or how to even focus on the future when my "today" was pretty s**tty!

Today I embrace all 47 years I carry! I feel so amazing, I love the life I live, I wake up praising God for all my fortunes and misfortunes. I have goals and I celebrate my small victories and because I love me, I can love others!

If you don't feel what I feel today, do something about it NOW, as we all know tomorrow is NOT promised!!
