3-Day Workshop 🤟
Come learn how to practice handstands in a handbalancing style. This workshop focuses on training through standard positions, known as “Position Standard,” helping you find the best straight-line alignment, organize your body, and build flexibility and strength for each position. Training drills will also be adjusted individually for each participant.
The first part will focus on the main body positions, principles, and structure — from fingertips to toes — including the necessary muscles and specific training methods to develop both flexibility and strength in your handstand practice.

- For beginners:
Learn how to practice a two-hand handstand with proper straight-line alignment and balance independently. You will also learn foundational variations and transitions between positions, starting with front and back wall drills while gradually reducing wall dependency.
- For experienced practitioners:
Learn what comes after achieving balance. Explore different leg shapes, shoulder mechanics, head positioning, and visual focus techniques.
