Something different this month!

and I are doing a gong bath together at Attuned Studio on June 21st - gongs only. No other instruments. Just gongs and two practitioners in one room.

Gongs hit differently. You feel the vibrations in your body and in your mind. It's deep in a way that's hard to describe until you're in the room 🌀

If you've never experienced a gong bath, this is the one to start with.
And if you have - you already know why this is worth showing up for.

Practitioner training is coming to Bangkok in July.

So happy to be bringing back to Attuned Studio - this one almost didn't happen. Miss it and the next one isn't until the end of the year!

Jungala is someone I respect deeply, both as a teacher and as a partner in this work. If you want to learn Himalayan singing bowls, this is the right place to start.

This training is for anyone who wants to practice and offer sound healing and therapy - massage therapists, yoga teachers, people in healthcare, or anyone building something new around this practice.

Two levels:
Basic Training Course - 2 days
Advanced Training Course - 5 days (includes Basic)

Theory, hands-on practice, one-on-one and group session work, and a certificate accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, UK).

June is full - and I'm genuinely looking forward to all of it 🎐

Sound baths every week at Attuned Studio. A chakra awareness meditation on the 20th for something a little different. And on the 21st, the session I'm most excited about.

and I are doing a gong bath together. We're bringing a lot of gongs, more than you'd expect in one room. Two practitioners, layers of sound building on each other. It's going to be a different experience 🌀
