Healthcare shouldn’t be complicated.

“I’d love to make healthcare as boring as possible.”

Dr. Zeth believes understanding your health should be as natural as checking the weather. Knowing what your cholesterol, blood sugar, or other biomarkers mean—and what to do next—shouldn’t require a medical degree.

At Orba, we’re building a future where proactive healthcare is simple, personalised, and seamlessly integrated into everyday life. So you can spend less time worrying about your health, and more time living it.

🏃 Why Everyone’s Talking About HYROX

HYROX is one of the fastest-growing fitness races in the world, combining endurance and strength in a format that’s accessible to everyone—from first-timers to elite athletes.

The trend reflects a bigger shift in health: training not just to look fit, but to live longer, perform better, and stay resilient.

Performance isn’t built on training alone. Recovery, sleep, nutrition, cardiovascular health, and key biomarkers all play a role in how well your body adapts.

Brain fog isn’t “just stress.” It’s your body asking you to pay attention.

Struggling to focus, forgetting simple things, or feeling mentally drained doesn’t mean you’re lazy or losing your edge. Brain fog is often the result of underlying biology—and many of its causes are measurable.

Some of the most common contributors include:

🧠 Chronic inflammation that disrupts brain function
🩸 Blood sugar swings that leave your brain short on steady energy
😴 High cortisol from ongoing stress and poor sleep
🌿 Gut health imbalances that affect the gut–brain connection
💊 Nutrient deficiencies like vitamin B12, iron, vitamin D, or thyroid dysfunction

The good news? Many of these are identifiable—and treatable.

At Orba, we look beyond symptoms by measuring the inflammatory, metabolic, hormonal, and nutrient biomarkers that influence cognitive performance. Every result is reviewed by a doctor and translated into a personalized action plan designed around your body—not generic advice.

Because you don’t have to live with brain fog.

Find the cause. Then fix it.

Creatine isn’t just for the gym. It might be one of the most overlooked supplements for your brain.

While creatine is best known for improving strength and muscle performance, it’s also one of the most researched nutrients for cellular energy. Your brain consumes around 20% of your body’s energy, and creatine helps replenish ATP—the fuel your brain cells rely on to think, focus, and perform.

Research suggests creatine may support memory, mental performance, and cognitive resilience—especially during periods of stress, sleep deprivation, or aging.

But supplementation isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Before adding creatine to your routine, it’s important to understand your baseline. Kidney function, metabolic health, and nutritional status all influence whether it’s the right choice for you—and how much you may benefit.

At Orba, we believe the best supplements are guided by data, not trends. Our comprehensive biomarker analysis helps you make evidence-based decisions, with every result interpreted by a doctor and tailored to your health goals.

Supplement smarter. Know your numbers first.

Your brain health starts decades before symptoms.

Dementia isn’t an inevitable part of aging.

In fact, research suggests that up to 45% of dementia cases may be linked to modifiable risk factors—meaning there are actions you can take today to help protect your brain for tomorrow.

The biggest opportunities aren’t hidden. They’re measurable.

✔️ Blood pressure
✔️ Blood sugar
✔️ Cholesterol (LDL)
✔️ Sleep quality
✔️ Physical activity
✔️ Hearing health
✔️ Social connection

At Orba, we measure the biomarkers behind brain health—from metabolic and cardiovascular markers to inflammation—then a doctor interprets your results in the context of your health, helping you understand what matters most and where to focus first.

Because prevention isn’t about guessing—it’s about knowing.

Protect your brain from the blood up.

Every great journey begins with a single question.

Not, “How do I live longer?”
But, “How can I live better?”

For William, the turning point wasn’t a major health crisis.

From the outside, life looked successful. He had quit smoking after nearly a decade, built healthier habits, welcomed his second child, renovated his home, and his business was thriving.

Yet inside, he felt disconnected from himself.

Low energy. No motivation. No excitement. It was as if life had quietly lost its color.

Instead of accepting that feeling as part of getting older or being busy, he chose to listen to his body.

A comprehensive blood test uncovered what couldn’t be seen—low zinc and low testosterone.

By improving his sleep and correcting those deficiencies, everything changed.

Within weeks, his energy returned. His drive came back. His mind felt clear. He woke up excited to build, create, love, and fully embrace life again.

That experience taught him something powerful:

Health isn’t just about adding years to your life. It’s about bringing life back to your years.

Your body is always speaking to you. Sometimes, all it takes is the courage to listen.

You don’t have to wait until you’re sick to start caring for your health.

Your best chapter can begin with one decision—to understand your body before it asks for help.

Low testosterone isn’t just about age. It’s about what your body can actually use.

Many people assume testosterone naturally crashes as you get older.

The reality is more nuanced.

While testosterone gradually declines with age, lifestyle factors often have a much greater impact on how much free testosterone—the biologically active form—is actually available to your body.

Here’s what matters:

🏋️ Age isn’t the biggest factor. Testosterone typically declines by around 1% per year, but sleep, body composition, nutrition, exercise, and stress can have a much larger effect.

🧬 Free testosterone matters more than total testosterone alone. A normal total testosterone level doesn’t always mean your tissues have enough hormone available to use.

📈 SHBG changes the equation. S*x Hormone-Binding Globulin (SHBG) binds testosterone, reducing the amount that’s biologically active. Poor sleep, excess body fat, chronic stress, certain medical conditions, and aging can all influence SHBG levels.

❤️ Low testosterone is more than a performance issue. Persistently low levels have been associated with poorer metabolic health and a higher risk of cardiovascular disease and premature mortality. Correlation doesn’t necessarily mean causation, but it highlights why proper evaluation matters.

🎯 “Normal” isn’t always optimal. Laboratory reference ranges are designed to identify deficiency—not necessarily the level where you feel, perform, and recover your best. The numbers should always be interpreted alongside symptoms and the rest of your health picture.

At Orba, we measure total testosterone, free testosterone, SHBG, and the metabolic biomarkers that influence them—so you can understand the why, not just the number.

Because better health starts with better data, not assumptions.

What peptides actually are 🧬

Peptides have become one of the biggest conversations in health and longevity. But before asking whether they work, it’s worth understanding what they actually are.

The surprising part? Your body already makes them.

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as biological messengers, helping regulate everything from metabolism and recovery to appetite, immunity, and tissue repair.

Here’s what you should know:

🧬 They’re natural. Hormones like insulin, GLP-1, and oxytocin are all peptides your body produces every day.

🎯 They’re targeted. Unlike many medications, peptides are designed to bind to specific receptors, influencing one biological pathway with precision.

📈 GLP-1 changed the conversation. The success of medications like semaglutide and tirzepatide demonstrated how a single peptide pathway can transform metabolic health for millions.

⚠️ Not all peptides are equal. While compounds like BPC-157, TB-500, and GHK-Cu are generating excitement, much of the evidence remains preclinical or early-stage. Promising doesn’t always mean proven.

📊 Measure before you intervene. Whether you’re considering peptides, supplements, or any longevity therapy, knowing your baseline biomarkers is the smartest first step. Data should guide decisions—not trends.

At Orba, we believe longevity isn’t about chasing the latest protocol. It’s about understanding your biology, measuring what matters, and making informed decisions with confidence.

Stop guessing. Start measuring.
