🦴🤲 Frozen Shoulder... From the Gut?

This study explored how Visceral Manipulation (VM) helped people with adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder)—and the results were remarkable:
🔹 Decreased pain
🔹 Increased shoulder mobility
🔹 Improved daily function

By addressing visceral restrictions—especially in the liver and stomach—the study showed how manual therapy can influence joint health from the inside out.

🧠 Exciting research in PNAS reveals that cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) may travel along peripheral nerves to organs throughout the body, creating a direct brain-body communication pathway.

These findings align with the principles of CranioSacral Therapy and Neural Manipulation, which focus on supporting CSF flow and nerve function to promote health and balance throughout the body.

เนื่องจากมีผู้สอบถามเข้ามาเป็นจำนวนมากและมีความสงสัยว่าคอร์ส DNS clinical (A, B, C, D) กับ DNS exercise มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างไร? ทางผู้จัด มีคำแนะนำ ดังนี้

คำแนะนำการเลือกหลักสูตรอบรม DNS (Exercise vs. Clinical A-D)
เพื่อให้ผู้สมัครทุกท่านสามารถเลือกเส้นทางการอบรมที่ตรงกับวิชาชีพและเป้าหมายการนำไปใช้ได้ถูกต้องที่สุด ทางผู้จัดขอชี้แจงความแตกต่างระหว่าง 2 หลักสูตรหลัก ดังนี้

1. DNS Exercise Course (หลักสูตรสำหรับสายออกกำลังกาย)
เน้นการประยุกต์ใช้หลักการ DNS เข้ากับการออกกำลังกาย การเพิ่มสมรรถภาพทางกาย และการป้องกันการบาดเจ็บ
กลุ่มเป้าหมาย: เทรนเนอร์ (Fitness Trainers), โค้ชกีฬา, ครูสอนโยคะ/พิลาทิส และบุคลากรสายสุขภาพที่เน้นการสอนออกกำลังกาย
เนื้อหาหลัก: เน้นการฝึกทักษะการเคลื่อนไหวตามลำดับพัฒนาการ (Developmental Kinesiology) เพื่อนำไปออกแบบโปรแกรมออกกำลังกายในยิมหรือสนามกีฬา

2. DNS Clinical Course A-D (หลักสูตรสำหรับบุคลากรทางการแพทย์)
เน้นเชิงลึกด้านการตรวจวินิจฉัย การรักษา และการฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพทางคลินิก
กลุ่มเป้าหมาย: จำกัดเฉพาะผู้ที่มีใบประกอบวิชาชีพทางการแพทย์เท่านั้น เช่น นักกายภาพบำบัด (PT), แพทย์ (MD/DO), นักกิจกรรมบำบัด (OT), ไคโรแพรคเตอร์ (DC) เป็นต้น
