January offered more mental clarity, more focus, more commitment, more patience, more connection, more planning, healthier choices, and overall more love.

Thank you to those who know how to make us smile, laugh, and trust. Sometimes, your lights is what give another person the will to keep going. I'm rooting for your light to continue to get brighter and touch more lives. ❤ 🙏🏾

Intention. Commitment. Discipline. In 7.5 weeks I've dropped almost 5% body fat and gained 3 pounds of muscle!! 💪🏾Thanks for helping me get back on track!! 🙏🏾

Back in action after a much needed weekend away!! Feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and ready to take on the rest of the week! 🤗
Also...super proud of how far my squats have come. I used to have terrible hip mobility but with a little time, patience and focus, my mobility has gotten so much better!! 💪🏾

Wasn't expecting to spend ALL DAY getting my car services...but here I am. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Things happen for a reason I suppose. Spent my time walking barefoot through campus and a cute little hidden park, exploring new foods and brews and taking a much needed break. Happy to be able to do it in one of my favorite cities in VA. Getting reacquainted with my roots. ❤

I'm pretty lucky to be able to enjoy my coffee, reflect and journal in these beautiful mountains this morning. 🌄
So far, 2020 has been my year of enormous challenge, change and chance. If I could describe my personal experience of 2020 in one word, it would be "setback." I just had (another) pretty big one yesterday. 🤷🏾‍♀️ Instead of giving up, wallowing in my emotions and letting life get the best of me, I commit to focusing on what I CAN do and being thankful for the breath in my lungs to make the most of these moments.
My hope for the rest of 2020 is that we, as a human race, grow in love through our personal and global setbacks.
Love yourself and love each other.❤ Shoot for the stars.⭐ Keep your dreams alive. 🕺 Take it one day/step at a time. ⏳ Grateful to BE HERE NOW! It's not over yet...🙏🏾
