หลายคนอาจเคยได้ยินคำว่า “ฟิลเลอร์ไหล” ซึ่งทำให้กังวลกับการทำหัตถการอย่างโปรแกรมฟิลเลอร์ หรือบางคนอาจเข้าใจผิดว่าถ้าทำโปรแกรมฟิลเลอร์แล้วเนื้อฟิลเลอร์ควรจะอยู่ที่เดิม 100% ไม่มีการขยับเขยื้อนไปที่ไหน

ในทางการแพทย์ เนื้อฟิลเลอร์สามารถมีการเคลื่อนตัวได้ หรือมีความสามารถในการกลืนเข้ากับผิว ทำให้เนื้อฟิลเลอร์อาจมีการขยับได้บ้างเล็กน้อย ขึ้นอยู่กับเทคนิคและจุดประสงค์การทำหัตถการนั้นๆ

ดังนั้นแล้ว เนื้อฟิลเลอร์ไหลแบบไหนที่เรียกว่าไม่ดี? พูดแบบกำปั้นทุบดินคือการไหลที่ไม่ต้องการ เช่น ฉีดใต้ตาแต่ไหลลงมาหน้าแก้ม ฉีดร่องแก้มแล้วตกลงมาแก้มห้อย ซึ่งเหตุการณ์เหล่านี้เกิดขึ้นได้ด้วยหลายปัจจัย

เช่น ฉีดผิดชั้น บางโปรแกรมเราต้องการฉีดทดแทนกระดูกที่ทรุดให้เป็นโครงสร้างของใบหน้า ถ้าฉีดชั้นตื้นเนื้อฟิลเลอร์ไม่มีฐานให้เกาะก็จะเกิดการไหลลง หรือประเมินเนื้อฟิลเลอร์ที่ใช้ไม่ถูกต้อง ใช้เนื้อแข็งฉีดผิวชั้นตื้นก็ทำให้เป็นก้อนเกิดการเคลื่อนที่ได้

หรือในกรณีที่เราพบกันได้บ่อยๆ เลยก็คือคนไข้มีฟิลเลอร์เก่าอยู่ แพทย์ไม่ได้ประเมินในส่วนนี้และได้เติมซ้ำเพิ่มลงไปอีก เกิด Overfilled ทำให้เนื้อฟิลเลอร์เกิดการเคลื่อนที่ไปในจุดที่ไม่ต้องการ

สรุปแบบเข้าใจง่ายๆ การเคลื่อนที่ของเนื้อฟิลเลอร์ที่เราไม่ต้องการมักเกิดจาก การเลือกเนื้อฟิลเลอร์ผิด เลือกชั้นผิวที่ทำหัตถการไม่ถูกต้อง ใช้ปริมาณมากเกินไป เติมซ้ำที่เดิมโดยไม่ประเมิน

เพราะฉะนั้นการทำโปรแกรมฟิลเลอร์ให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดีที่สุด ควรจะมีการวิเคราะห์และออกแบบให้เหมาะกับโครงสร้างผิวของแต่ละคน วางแผนการรักษาที่ตอบโจทย์ปัญหา เลือกใช้เนื้อฟิลเลอร์ที่เหมาะสม การเกิด “ฟิลเลอร์ไหล” แบบที่ไม่ต้องการก็จะลดลงไปได้
