A fantastic essential oils doTERRA class yesterday with Anneke Melissant- Den Hollander who prepared an incredible setup in her house. I drove 2 hours up to Nederland and 2 hours back down to Belgium in a day and it was all worthy ! We started with a making a balm for bruises and then moved inside for a Symphony of Cells protocol on the massage table. I choose the ‘ increase immunity protocol’ layering 10 different oils on The spine up and down starting with francinsence and finishing with spearmint. Eventough I did this training in Turin I never experienced it myself. I felt like a walking tree coming off the table, very grounded, relaxed, self conscious, strong, empowered. There were other women too, we had an open hearted conversation about health, emotions, us as woman. I met Anneke last year at Doterra convention in Lisbon and this year in Turin . That’s what Doterra is about: creating a new family with like minded people. Anytime in life you can get started and the world will become your village! I am currently preparing to join the big US international convention next week. Yehhhh. More friends to meet!

I’m on an adventure and I will share it all with you! I arrived yesterday in Turin Italy for Doterra convention Bloom.
The highlights:
1. Turin is a magnificent city
2 met Zosha Piotrowski from Dubai, life for the first time, hugged her +++ after seeing her on screen zoom for 3 years.

I’m studying integral pelvic therapy in Zeist in Dana Centrum, close to Utrecht in Netherlands.
This is a great add to my midwifery skills and I’m getting very passionate about it! Who can benefit from it? Women experiencing pains and discomfort in the back, the pelvic bowl, the pelvic floor, va**na. Women who had a caesarean birth, we work in scar tissue that creates painful adhesions in the fascia. But actually any woman who feels stuck, something is not quite right… The pelvic bowl is the birth place of our creative energy. Anything that stops our creative energy from fully expanding on emotional, physical, mental, spiritual level. Can be healed. You are most welcome to reach out if this resonates with you. Thank you friends, buddies, family, for the birthday wishes. It’s heartwarming to feel you take time to send me a message. February is a cold grey month in Belgium but spring is already showing. I love the small flowers on trees during a walk with my brother and mom is close by. Witnessing the transformation in Nature from winter to spring is humbling. Life goes on, no matter what!

Mom gave birth to her baby girl 3 months ago and felt a need for a ritual to close a chapter. So we did a closing of the bones ritual. Starting with a herbal foot bath, an oil massage, a herbal scrub in the shower and finally 'closing the bones'. Oh we also massaged the baby girl. A beautiful morning with a happy mom.
Maybe you feel a call too to be honoured and celebrated with a ritual after giving birth? Time does not matter, a closing the bones ritual can be done anytime after birth, even years later!

Bogo day 3 in Thailand . Copaiba is a natural painkiller, a drop under the tongue or dilute with coconut oil for massage. Deep blue is great for muscles ache, massage it locally diluted. My favorite oils! Let me know if you want these oils.

Hello! I’m surfacing after a few months social media silence. I’m currently in Belgium in Gent where mom lives, she will be 88 soon and I did not see her for 5 years. Another reason for this adventure was joining Doterra essential oils Europe convention in Lissabon in May. And my son is now modeling on the European market, a little push in his back to get used to life here was another goal. But the biggest unknown adventure just started: embarking on a 1 year training integral pelvic therapy, female pelvis in Zeist close to Utrecht in Nederlands in www. Dana centrum voor Geboorte, Vrouwenzorg en Opleidingen just finished the introduction 4 days. More to come!

The holistic childbirth group classes are starting again this Wednesday 16 November 7.30-9pm online ZOOM, 1,000thb/class. If people are interested to meet, we can do the classes live in Singha Complex at Petchaburi MRT (min 3 couples). Ideally you can take all classes or some of your choice. Private class can be anytime at 2,400thb in your home or online.
