We are looking for a passionate and dedicated female Client Relationship Executive to support patients throughout their medical tourism journey with professionalism, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle patient inquiries through calls, emails, and chat support
• Guide patients through the complete medical tourism process
• Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, and international partners
• Maintain accurate patient and client records
• Ensure a smooth and supportive end-to-end patient experience
Requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in both English and Bangla (written and spoken)
• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Basic healthcare or medical knowledge will be an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Female candidates only
• Candidate must be currently based in Dhaka, Bangladesh
