ทำไมซาวน่าก่อนนอนถึงให้ความรู้สึกต่างออกไป?

Your HYROX ends. Recovery doesn’t.

The first 30–60 minutes after a hard session are a good time to start replacing what your body has used.

Think:

Carbs to replenish glycogen
Protein to support muscle repair
Fluids + electrolytes to rehydrate

Then follow with a proper meal within the next 1–2 hours.

Because recovery isn’t one thing.
It’s what you refuel, how you hydrate, how you rest, and how consistently you take care of your body after the work is done.
