📢 Schedule Update — July 30th

Hi everyone! Our fighters Bas and Song Chai have a fight tomorrow, July 30th, at a venue 2.5–3 hours away. Since we need to leave by 17:30, tomorrow’s afternoon group class will be moved up to 15:00–17:00.

Hi everyone, this Saturday (tomorrow, July 18), our gym’s Bas, Sumay, and Songcha will be competing in the 1st Chiang Mai Muay Thai Seminar event.

This charity Muay Thai event has two parts:

**1. 16:00–18:00 Muay Thai Master Seminar** — 1,200 THB/person (includes the seminar and a ticket to the Muay Thai match). Main topics: physical & mental preparation with Muay Thai techniques, practical self-defense techniques, elbow/knee and clinch techniques, and knowledge exchange between Muay Thai and Muay Boran. (Bring your own gear.)

**2. 18:30 Muay Thai matches begin** — 350 THB/person.

Due to foundation construction work at the gym, the road will be **inaccessible on the morning of June 27 (Saturday)**. All morning training sessions will be cancelled.
