Dear customers, since I have been receiving so many no-shows and last minute cancellations, in order to provide the best service for my customers, from the first of April, I will be implementing a new policy. All treatments will need to be paid in advance. If you have a package, and cancel within 24 hours (except for genuine emergency / reasons) or don't show for your appointment, that treatment will be deducted from your package. This is in line with many other businesses and ensures that I can continue to service my lovely customers in the best way.
