Subject: Notice Regarding the Impersonation of TIMS / MIMS Employees, Representatives, or Authorized Agents
Dear Users, Healthcare Professionals, Pharmacies, and Other Relevant Parties,
TIMS (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has become aware that individuals have circulated messages through the LINE application and other messaging platforms while falsely claiming to be employees, representatives, agents, or authorized persons of the Company or MIMS.
These individuals have contacted and invited pharmacies to participate in purported “data collection projects” in exchange for monetary compensation. They have also claimed that such projects have been ongoing for several years and that an agreement would be provided prior to participation.
The Company hereby clarifies and confirms that:
1. The individuals concerned are not employees, representatives, agents, or authorized persons of the Company or MIMS.
2. The projects falsely represented as being conducted by or on behalf of the Company or MIMS are not associated with, endorsed, approved, or authorized by the Company or MIMS in any way.
3. The messages and communications described above are unauthorized and should be treated as suspicious.
The Company urges all recipients, users, healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and other relevant parties to remain particularly vigilant and to observe the following precautions:
• If you receive any suspicious communication or wish to verify the authenticity or reliability of any information, please contact the Company or MIMS directly through official communication channels or authorized representatives only.
• Do not disclose confidential business information, personal data, or any other information to individuals whose identity, authority, or affiliation with the Company or MIMS cannot be verified.
• Do not click on links, download files, or open attachments received from unknown or unverified senders.
• If you encounter any suspicious communication, message, or activity, please report it to the Company or MIMS immediately through official communication channels.
The Company and MIMS reserve all rights to take any legal action available to them against any individual or entity involved in impersonating an employee, representative, agent, or authorized person of the Company or MIMS, or in using the name, trademarks, logos, identity, or any other information of the Company or MIMS without authorization.
Please be informed accordingly and exercise caution when receiving information or communications of this nature.
