Over the past few weeks, we’ve been in a deep process of reflection, creativity, and refinement around the future of The Jade Temple.

One thing has become incredibly clear to us: we want to bring Female Se(x)uality and Pusee much more to the center of our work.

For years, Feminine Embodiment has been a powerful doorway for women to reconnect with their bodies through awareness, breath, sound, movement, and self-touch.

But at its heart, this work has always been in service to something deeper: a woman’s relationship with her se(x)uality, her pleasure, and her Pusee.

That’s why we’ve decided to combine our Feminine Embodiment Facilitator Training and Female Se(x)uality Facilitator Training into one new certification:

✨ The Female Se(x)ual Embodiment Facilitator Training ✨

A 9-month journey for women who feel called to deepen this work within themselves and share it with others.

We’re so excited to share more with you soon.

A couple months ago, we completed the very first round of our Jade Temple Feminine Embodiment Facilitator Training… and this week we had the deep honor of officially certifying these women as facilitators.

From the very first moment we stepped into the temple together, something shifted. There was this feeling in the space… like we were part of something bigger than just a training.

Women from different parts of the world, all answering a shared call in their bodies, a shared remembering, a shared desire to bring this work into the world.

And what we witnessed was deeply moving.

Women softening into themselves. Reconnecting to their bodies, their voices, their leadership.

Realizing again and again that this work is not about complexity, but about presence… and that something simple can be profoundly life-changing.

And now these women are stepping into their role as certified facilitators, bringing this work back into their lives, their communities, their own corners of the world.

This is what moves us the most.

Because the vision we hold feels so real now. A world where women gathering in their bodies, in their truth, in their pleasure, is completely normal.

To each of these women… we are so deeply proud of you. The ripple begins now.

One of the things we have been reflecting on deeply lately is how many women have been disconnected from their Pusee for so much of their lives, often without even realizing it. Not because there is something wrong with them, but because we live in a culture that has taught women to disconnect from this part of themselves and to look outside of their bodies for their power, wisdom, validation, and sense of self.

What we have witnessed over and over again through our work is that when women begin reconnecting with their Pusee, they are not only reconnecting with their sexuality. They are reconnecting with their creativity, their life force, their intuition, their pleasure, and a deeper trust in themselves and their bodies. There is a reason why this work feels so important to us, and why we feel called to bring Female Sexuality more and more into the center of what we share.

As we continue evolving our work, we are feeling increasingly inspired to have more honest conversations about Pusee, pleasure, power, and the incredible wisdom that lives within the female body. We have a feeling these are conversations many women have been waiting for.
We would love to hear from you.

What comes up in your body when you hear the word Pusee?

For a long time, I thought work-life balance was about time.

How many hours I was working versus how many hours I was resting.

How many days I was taking off versus how many days I was producing.

But over the years, I’ve started asking a completely different question.

Not “How much am I doing?” but “How am I feeling?”

Am I giving myself enough space to slow down, be in nature, put my phone away, receive support, touch my own body, breathe, rest, and actually enjoy my life?

Because I’ve noticed that the quality of what I create, the way I lead, the spaces I hold, and the impact I have on others is directly connected to how resourced I feel.

When I am nourished, connected to myself, and leading from a place of pleasure rather than depletion, everything changes… my creativity, my leadership and capacity.

And perhaps most importantly, I no longer see caring for myself as something separate from my work. I see it as part of the foundation that allows me to bring my magic into everything I create.

I’m curious... what helps you feel most resourced right now?

And if you’re longing for more practices that help you reconnect with yourself, your body, and a more pleasure-led way of living, comment MEMBERSHIP and we’ll send you the info to join our beautiful online community (& classes) for women who want to live their life connected to their body & guided by pleasure.

Before there was a training, a membership, retreats, certifications, or any of the offerings that exist today, there was a simple question:
What happens when a woman begins spending intentional time in loving presence with her Pusee?

This question has shaped so much of our work over the last years.

Because for many women, Pusee is not simply a body part. She is a doorway into our relationship with ourselves. She holds our pleasure, our creativity, our emotions, our desires, our boundaries, our life force, and often the places where we have experienced shame, disconnection, numbness, or silence.

When we begin bringing awareness, breath, movement, sound, and presence to this part of ourselves, something starts to shift. We don’t just feel more connected to our Pusee. We begin feeling more connected to our whole experience as women.
This is why these practices have always felt so powerful to us.

And perhaps why, after all these years, we find ourselves returning to this root again. Not from the same place we started, but with a deeper understanding of what becomes possible when women reconnect with this part of themselves.

We’re curious…

If your Pusee could speak honestly to you today, what do you think she would want you to know? 💜

One of the most common things we hear from women when they begin practicing breast massage is, “I don’t really feel anything.”

And sometimes that’s true…

Sometimes what we discover first is numbness, disconnection, or simply an awareness of how little attention we’ve given this part of ourselves over the years.

Other women have the opposite experience. They feel tenderness, emotion, grief, self-judgment, love, pleasure, or a deep longing to reconnect with their bodies in a different way.

What we love is that the practice isn’t really about creating a specific experience. It’s about bringing awareness and touch into a part of ourselves that may have been ignored, criticized, seggsualized, or disconnected from for a very long time.

Over time, breast massage can become a way of shifting from an external relationship with our breasts based on how they look, to an internal relationship based on how they feel.

And that changes everything.

Have you ever practiced breast massage before?
What did you discover when you slowed down enough to listen?

One of the things we have witnessed over and over again at The Jade Temple is that women often arrive looking for more connection, more pleasure or a deeper relationship with their bodies, and what they discover along the way is that many of these same practices are also supporting their nervous systems in profound ways.

When we slow down enough to breathe, move, sound, feel, and bring loving awareness into our bodies, we are not only cultivating more pleasure and aliveness. We are creating the conditions for our bodies to experience safety, regulation, restoration, and trust.

This is one of the reasons we are so passionate about Feminine Embodiment. It offers a different way of relating to ourselves, one where feeling good is not separate from healing, and where pleasure becomes a pathway back to the body rather than something we have to earn.

We would love to hear from you. What is one practice, ritual, or simple thing that helps your body feel grounded, nourished, and supported when life feels overwhelming?

One of the things we love most about breath is that it is always available to us. It doesn’t require us to learn something complicated or become someone different. It simply asks us to come back into relationship with ourselves.

At The Jade Temple, breath is one of the foundational tools we use to build a deeper connection with the female body. Not by breathing randomly into the body, but by intentionally directing our breath into spaces like the breasts, heart, womb, v@lva, and pusee.

Over time, so many women discover that these parts of themselves have been carrying layers of tension, protection, numbness, disconnection, or simply a lack of aliveness. Breath gently begins to soften what has been held for a long time. It brings circulation, sensation, life force, and awareness back into the places that many of us were never taught to connect with.

The beautiful thing is that the more we breathe into these parts of ourselves, the more they begin to feel like home again.

We would love to know if you’ve ever intentionally breathed into your breasts, womb, or pusee before. Share below and if you’d like to explore these practices more deeply with us inside the Jade Temple Online Membership, comment BREATH and we’ll send you the details 💜

So many of us were taught that pleasure is something selfish, something shameful, or something that only exists in s.xuality.

But what if pleasure is actually much simpler and much more necessary than that?

At The Jade Temple, we often speak about pleasure as a reorientation back to the body.
A practice of noticing what feels good, what helps you soften, what nourishes you, what helps you stop overriding yourself and abandoning your own needs.

Sometimes pleasure looks like slowing down enough to take a deep breath. Sometimes it looks like resting before your body reaches exhaustion. Sometimes it looks like creating your life, your leadership, your relationships, and your work in a way that actually honors your body instead of constantly pushing past it.

This is the paradigm we are exploring inside our upcoming Pleasure-Led Facilitation event ✨

If this perspective resonates with you, comment PLEASURE and we’ll send you the registration link 💜
