19 years of marriage—and years of guiding clients through deep emotional transformation—has taught me one fundamental truth:

Real, lasting healing happens inside relationship. And knowing you aren't broken is the very first step toward that healing.

When you’ve spent decades mastering control, self-reliance, and professional excellence, it’s easy for that same armor to quietly build a wall around your heart. But you cannot logic or talk your way into a sustainable connection.

This work isn't cognitive—it’s an embodied process.

This is what I help my clients navigate: moving out of the mind and into a real, felt sense of emotional safety. It means working directly with the nervous system, allowing healthy emotional release, and gently meeting those younger, insecure parts of ourselves (the inner child) so they no longer have to run your adult love life from the shadows.🤍🫂

A lasting bond isn't built by hiding behind success. It’s built when two people have the space to drop the performance and heal side by side.

Swipe through for the core relational insights I help my clients feel, embody, and work through every day.
...
If these words brought a specific friend, partner, or colleague to mind who might be struggling in silence with their love life, please share this post with them.

Sometimes simply knowing you aren't broken—and that true healing is a felt, embodied journey—is the very first step. 😊🤍

Here's what I'd tell 25-year-old Shubho. 👇

People will project their fears onto you.

Unintentionally. Sometimes intentionally.

Their doubts. Their unlived dreams. Their shame.
And without even realising it — your fire starts to dim.

That is not your truth. That is their fear.

Your boldness is not too much.
Your ideas are not too big.
You are not too intense.

You are just too alive for people who have stopped living.
Be free.
Be resilient.
Show up exactly as you are.

Because at the end of it all —
what will matter is how alive you felt.

How much joy you created.

How boldly and honestly you lived.

Not how small you stayed to keep others comfortable.

Other people may hold themselves back.
That is their journey.
Yours is different. 🙏

Now it's your turn.

Close your eyes.
Take three slow, deep inhales.
And bring up the face of a younger you — the one who went through so much. Ten years ago. Twenty. Whenever your heart takes you.

Look at them.
What would you say to that version of you?

Drop it in the comments. 👇
That part of you is still listening.

Take care

Self neglect doesn't look like falling apart.
In high performers, in entrepreneurs, in devoted partners and mothers —

it looks like this:

— Always being the one who holds it together
— Saying yes when everything in you wants to say no
— Skipping rest because there's still so much to do
— Feeling guilty the moment you slow down
— Giving everyone your absolute best and surviving on what's left over.

That's not strength. That's a pattern. Usually one that started long before you became an entrepreneur, a partner, a mother, a caregiver.

Most of my clients who arrive in Koh Phangan from across the world show up exhausted.... Not just physically. Somatically exhausted —
like their body has been running on fumes while their mind kept whispering-- push through.

So here's what I want you to know about self neglect — and how to begin working through it:

1. Notice it without making yourself wrong.
Self neglect hides behind virtue.
"I care so much." "I'm so committed." "I'm a good mother." All of that is true. AND your needs are real too. Both things live together.

2. Start micro — not with a retreat.
Five minutes of doing nothing. Not scrolling. Not planning. Just sitting with yourself. That's where self loyalty begins.

3. Ask your body, not your mind.
Your mind will tell you to push on. Your body will tell you the truth.
The tight chest, the shallow breath, the jaw that never fully unclenches — that isn't normal stress. That's a signal worth listening to.

4. Practice receiving, not just giving.
If you're a natural giver, receiving feels genuinely uncomfortable. That discomfort is exactly the healing edge. Don't move away from it too fast.

This video is me practicing what I teach.
Still learning. Still unlearning.

Where in your life are you neglcting yourself — and calling it something else?
Tell me in the comments. I'm reading every single one.😊 🙏

Save this one 📌 — I said it in a fun, humorous way, but there's some really important, crucial stuff in here. You'll want to come back to it.

I called someone very special today. My higher self. No sugarcoating, ever — and honestly, I should be calling him more often 📞

Here's what he told me:

1️⃣ Prepare — by facing your fear
Not avoiding it, not thinking around it. Facing it. That's where the real preparation happens.

2️⃣ Show up as your authentic self
This is what actually raises your frequency — moving out of the low frequency of fear and shame I used to drown in.

3️⃣ Take bold action
Because that's how you give your nervous system the evidence that it's safe to show up. And that evidence? That's healing.

That's how the old trauma pattern — always drowning in fear — starts to release.

4️⃣ Every bold step rewires you
The more you show up as the true you, the more you're firing new neurons, creating new neural pathways. Your boldness becomes your new normal —
and that has an enormous healing effect.

5️⃣ Therapy doesn't only happen in the clinic
It happens in the trigger moment. With my wife. In my relationships. With my parents. That's where everything I've learned actually gets lived.

I'm ready. Ready for the next steps. Ready for whatever's next — even that TEDx talk 🎤.Wo now YOU... 😊✨
What do you feel you are ready tune into your heart's intelligence... Intuitively what do you feel ?

Stop scrolling for a second. Pause. Reflect — or even journal on this:

👉 What fear would your future self ask you to finally face?

👉 What's one specific encouragement your future self would give you right now?

Tell me below in the comments — or if it feels more personal, send me a DM. I'd be so happy to give you further guidance 🤍

P.S. — save this one, so you can come back and watch it again 📌

You need to hear this — especially if you struggle with chronic over-perfectionism, procrastination, or self-doubt. 🎥
I want to share 3 fundamental things that helped me — and so many of my clients — with one intention: that it helps you too.

Save this one.
Come back to it. Let it help you take the steps.

First, understand where it's coming from
If these 3 patterns feel strong in you, it's coming from your younger parts. Especially if you grew up with silent treatment, a lot of comparison, a voice that never felt heard, or direct criticism — at home, at school, in friendships. Those old experiences are showing up in you now, as fear, as a blockage. It makes so much sense that they would.

Now, the antidotes.
1️⃣ Take small steps

Show up, even imperfectly, and acknowledge it: it is safe for me to show up. It is safe for me to not be perfect.

Every time you say this to yourself, you're giving your brain and nervous system real evidence — proof that it's safe to show up, exactly as you are.

2️⃣ Acknowledge how it all began

Think of something you've created that you feel proud of. Now trace it back — see how small, how imperfect the start really was. Honoring that imperfect beginning gives your nervous system the same evidence: it was safe to start small before, and it's safe to start again now.

3️⃣ Honor yourself
However far you've come, whatever you're going through right now — honor it. Look in the mirror. Look into your own eyes. Really see how far you've grown, what you've overcome.

Which one resonates most 1,2 or 3? Drop it below 🤍

3 things I wish I knew before becoming a psychosomatic holistic therapist

1️⃣ We can't just think our way out of our conditioning

Awareness matters, but it's not enough on its own. The body truly keeps the score — those old imprints show up as anxiety, imposter syndrome, protective blockages. We have to work through it somatically as well.

2️⃣ 99% of our maladaptive patterns can be traced back to childhood

I've seen this with every client, and with myself. The pattern that keeps repeating, that isn't serving you anymore — almost always, it has a root back there. And once we can see it, we can finally give it what it needed all along.

3️⃣ The more we do the work with our young parts, the more the adult becomes free from the patterns holding them back

Not just the inner child — the teenager, the 18-year-old part too. I've seen this at every age, even with a 56-year-old client who has "everything" and still carries these patterns in his relationships, in his coping.

They're not flaws. They're just protective parts, waiting to feel safe.

Which one resonated with you most? Drop a 1, 2, or 3 below 👇 sometimes just naming it is the first step.

Most people think inner child work is about blaming the past.

It's not. It's about finally understanding it — and taking responsibility for what you do with it now.

These are 7 reframes I walk clients through, again and again, in every session and every workshop.

Have you felt a deeper sense of connection to yourself — to your own feelings — after doing this work? 👇
Tell me in the comments.
If you're ready to go deeper, I'm running this exact work live this August in Linz, Munich, and Berlin.

This is me.

Dancing. Shaking. Moving. Chanting mantras.

No alcohol. No substances. Just supporting and regulating my nervous system.

Many of us grew up believing we had to be quiet, composed, productive, and always in control.

But your body was never designed to stay still all the time.

Sometimes the most healing thing you can do is simply give yourself permission to move.

To sing out of tune. To sing out loud. To dance without worrying what anyone thinks. To shake. To laugh. To express yourself.

This isn't just about having fun. There's science behind it.

✨ Singing, humming and chanting stimulate the vagus nerve, helping your body shift toward a calmer parasympathetic state.

✨ Dancing and rhythmic movement increase dopamine, serotonin and endorphins while helping reduce stress and improve emotional regulation.

✨ Movement can help lower cortisol and release stored muscular tension.

✨ Jumping, bouncing and full-body movement support your lymphatic system, which relies on muscle movement and breathing to circulate lymph, support immune function and clear metabolic waste.

✨ Music you love activates the brain's reward system, making it easier to move from survival mode into connection, joy and presence.

Nervous system regulation doesn't always have to look like sitting in meditation... yes it needed most of the time

Sometimes it's dancing in your kitchen. Sometimes it's singing in the car. Sometimes it's simply letting your body move the way it was designed to.

Every healthy way of regulating your nervous system is still regulation.

So today, give yourself permission to move, express, feeling joy and be unapologetically yourself

Your nervous system isn't asking for perfection.

It's asking for safety, expression, connection... and a little more freedom. ❤️

It's Not You. It's a Young Part of You — And It's Time to Meet It

You snap. You shut down. You go numb.

And you don't fully understand why — even when you love the people around you, even when your life looks good.

Here's what I know: it's not you. It's a young part of you, still running a survival strategy it learned in childhood.

👉 In this video I explain exactly why these patterns happen — and what it actually takes to break them. Not with positive thinking. Not with more meditating. With real, embodied, nervous system work.

I've also created a 30-Day Empowered Self Journey — small group, live sessions, daily neuroscience tools and somatic practices — for people who are ready to do this together.

💬 Comment 30 DAYS and I'll send you all the details.

One powerful takeaway from the largest trauma conference I attended in Oxford recently…

✨ To heal trauma, we must release the energy that does not belong to us.

Because trauma is not just a memory in the mind.
Trauma becomes embodied.
Stored.
Unprocessed.
Held in the nervous system.

And this is why…

🧠 Talk therapy is helpful, but for many people it is not enough.
I’ve met countless clients who “understood” their trauma… but still felt stuck.

Because the pain wasn’t in the thoughts anymore —
it was in the body.

The body holds the shame.
The body holds the guilt.
The body holds the helplessness.
The body holds the criticism.
It doesn’t just melt away.
It becomes stuck as embodied emotion.

And that embodied emotion keeps reenacting itself over and over.

💛 That’s why my approach is holistic:
mind + body

✨ Somatic practices to release the stored emotional energy
✨ Healing the nervous system so the body feels safe again
✨ Processing the stuck emotions that create heaviness
✨ And reframing thoughts, beliefs & patterns (CBT style)

When we work with both — the mind AND the body —
true transformation happens.

If you want to experience a holistic approach to healing,
I run workshops (online + in-person) that combine these modalities.
Send me a DM — I’ll be happy to share the details. 💙
