🦵ภาวะรองช้ำ (Plantar Fasciitis) คือ ภาวะที่มีการอักเสบหรือเสื่อมของ พังผืดใต้ฝ่าเท้า (Plantar Fascia) ซึ่งเป็นแถบเนื้อเยื่อที่พาดจากส้นเท้าไปยังโคนนิ้วเท้า

📌 อาการที่พบบ่อย:
✅ปวดบริเวณ ส้นเท้า หรือ ใต้ฝ่าเท้า โดยเฉพาะตอนตื่นนอนก้าวแรก หรือเมื่อลุกจากท่านั่ง
✅อาการจะดีขึ้นเมื่อเดินไปสักพัก แต่จะกลับมาปวดอีกเมื่อใช้เท้านาน
✅บางรายมีอาการปวดร้าวไปที่อุ้งเท้า

📌 สาเหตุหรือปัจจัยเสี่ยง:
✅เดินหรือยืนนานบนพื้นแข็ง
✅ใส่รองเท้าไม่มี support ที่ดี
✅น้ำหนักตัวมาก
✅กล้ามเนื้อน่องตึง หรือกล้ามเนื้อเท้าอ่อนแรง
✅คนที่มีรูปเท้าผิดปกติ เช่น เท้าแบน หรือ อุ้งเท้าสูงเกินไป

🦵Plantar Fasciitis is a condition involving inflammation or degeneration of the plantar fascia a band of tissue that stretches from the heel to the base of the toes.

🔵Common Symptoms:
👉Pain in the heel or bottom of the foot, especially with the first steps in the morning or after sitting for a long time
👉 Pain tends to ease after walking for a while, but may return with prolonged standing or walking
👉 In some cases, pain may radiate into the arch of the foot

🔵 Causes and Risk Factors:
👉 Prolonged walking or standing on hard surfaces
👉 Wearing shoes without proper support
👉 Being overweight
👉 Tight calf muscles or weak foot muscles
👉 Abnormal foot structure, such as flat feet or high arches
