Coral fragments, sand and warm seawater can stay inside a scrape even after a quick rinse. That is why professional irrigation and dressing can matter more than the size of the cut.

"Phi Phi Belly" — and why 15 minutes matters more than you'd think.

Most travellers who get sick on this island have the same question: is this just something I ate, or is it something that needs antibiotics? Guessing wrong in either direction is bad. Take antibiotics you don't need and you feel worse. Skip the ones you do need and you lose three days of your trip — or worse, end up dehydrated on a boat to Phuket.

We run the lab inside the clinic. Blood and stool results come back in about 15 minutes. That means a doctor looks at real numbers, not a guess, and you leave the same visit with the right treatment.

The same lab covers dive medicals, infected reef cuts, jellyfish stings and ear infections — the island's greatest hits.

We're doctor-led and English-speaking, we bill international insurance directly, and we're open until midnight. We are not a 24-hour hospital and we don't pretend to be: after midnight our Emergency Protocol gives you immediate guidance and coordinates transport, and serious cases transfer to Phuket. Knowing exactly where the line is, is the point.
