Please be informed that effective Monday, April 27, 2026, MU Health will be temporarily relocating its services. We will be operating from the Mahidol Emergency Response Team (Mahidol ERT) unit until further announcements.

📌You can find the Mahidol Emergency Response Team (Mahidol ERT) unit underneath Student Dormitory 10 (Dorm 10). Our usual operating hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 20:00.

🚨In case of urgent medical emergencies within Mahidol University Salaya campus, please contact the nearest security guard immediately or call 024414400 / 024419318

การใช้สวัสดิการนักศึกษา ณ โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี ให้นักศึกษานำเอกสาร ไปติดต่อได้ ดังนี้
- สำหรับนักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี ติดต่อหน่วยสุขภาพบุคลากร คณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี (RAOPH) อาคาร 1 ชั้น 2 เพื่อรับรองและเปิดสิทธิการรักษาพยาบาล ก่อนรับบริการทุกครั้ง
- สำหรับนักศึกษาทุกระดับชั้น หรือนักศึกษาต่างชาติ ติดต่อหน่วยสิทธิประโยชน์ผู้รับบริการ เพื่อรับรองและเปิดสิทธิการรักษาพยาบาล ก่อนรับบริการทุกครั้ง

เมื่อดำเนินการครบถ้วน รายการรักษาพยาบาลที่สวัสดิการนักศึกษาครอบคลุม นศ.จะไม่ต้องจ่ายค่ารักษานั้น ยกเว้น ส่วนที่เกินจากสวัสดิการนักศึกษาซึ่งส่วนนี้นักศึกษาจะต้องจ่ายเอง

For Undergraduate Students: Contact the Staff Health Unit, Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital (RAOPH), Building 1, 2nd Floor.
For All Student Levels (including International Students): Alternatively, contact the Patient Benefits Unit.
Once this process is completed, you will not be charged for medical treatments covered by your student welfare benefits. Please note that any costs exceeding the welfare coverage will be the student's responsibility.

For outpatient (OPD) services, international students are required to pre-pay for medical expenses. Afterwards, please collect the following documents to claim reimbursement from your insurance provider at your respective academic level:

To utilize your student welfare benefits at the Siriraj Hospital, Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, students must present their documents at the **Siriraj Healthcare Unit at room 499 on the 4th floor counter 4 of the Outpatient Building**. This must be done to certify and activate your medical treatment rights **before receiving any service**.

- บัตรนักศึกษาตัวจริง หรือ เปิด Virtual ID Card จาก We Mahidol Application
- นักศึกษาไทยให้แสดงบัตรประชาชนตัวจริง

แนวทางการบริการด้านสุขภาพนักศึกษา กองกิจการนักศึกษา ม.มหิดล อ้างอิงแนวทางตาม ประกาศมหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล เรื่อง แนวทางการปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรการลดใช้พลังงานในพื้นที่มหาวิทยาลัยรองรับสถานการณ์สู้รบในตะวันออกกลาง)

เพื่อให้ผู้รับบริการสามารถเข้าถึงบริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงมีแนวทางการให้บริการ ดังนี้
1. บริการด้านสถานที่สำหรับผู้รับบริการ
- หน่วยบริการสุขภาพ ศาลายา (MU Health) เปิดบริการตามปกติ (วันทำการ เวลา 08.00-20.00 น.)
- หน่วยปฏิบัติการฉุกเฉิน มหาวิทายลัยมหิดล (Mahidol ERT) เปิดบริการปกติ (จันทร์-ศุกร์ เวลา 17.00-23.00 น. เสาร์-อาทิตย์ และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ เวลา 08.00-23.00 น.)
- ห้อง Mahidol University BLS Training Center ให้บริการตามที่มีนัดหมายแล้วเท่านั้น

2. การดำเนินการด้านเอกสาร เช่น การส่งเอกสารเบิกค่ารักษาพยาบาล หรือ การส่งเอกสารขอย้ายสิทธิหลักประกันสุขภาพฯ ให้นักศึกษากรอกแบบฟอร์ม (ดาวน์โหลดแบบฟอร์มต่าง ๆ ได้ที่นี่ https://sites.google.com/mahidol.edu/sa-health-welfare/forms?authuser=0) และเตรียมเอกสารแนบของแต่ละใบคำร้องให้ครบถ้วน โดยสามารถส่งเอกสารได้ที่
