Are you taking time out for you?

This is something I’ve had to learn to do and now I finally crave it when I don’t get it.
I’ve spent the last four years or so learning to enjoy my alone time. I’m a massive extrovert so crave being around people as this is how I renergise. So, it’s been a trying journey to get to this point and I’ve only really come around to it in the last few months.
I now see the value in it. It’s gives me a chance to stop, to have time with my own thoughts, to do things that help me greatly mentally, like meditation and journaling. There have been huge benefits to me through this and I’m eternally grateful that I was persistent and consistent enough to get to this point.
Are you taking time out for you? If so, what do you do to enjoy it?

Hi! Thought it was time to properly introduce myself. My name is Luci and I’m the Founder of Balanced Escapes. So much to say about what resulted in me starting this beautiful community. But I’m so pumped to be a positive force in this amazing world we live in and I cannot wait to meet you all and see how I can best serve you. Freedom is my number one value in life, so you can imagine I’m a free spirit who loves to roam this world and experience everything it has to offer. I’m dedicated to helping others and as a coach, personal trainer, event organiser, and personal development guru I get to do this everyday. Being playful and having fun is super important to me and I try to include this everyday also. Keeps you young at heart and helps to relieve stress, because we all know that one far too well. So, why not kick that to the curb the fun way! Please feel free to reach out and connect, I’d love to hear from you. Live, love, laugh...Luci 🙏🏻❤️😃

needed for sunsets in Phuket. We got to enjoy these everyday of our last escape. Why would you need to sit in front of a TV with such beauty surrounding us at all times..? 🤷‍♀️ Get outside today, take some deep breaths of fresh air and look around you. There is beauty everywhere. We are super grateful we get to enjoy such views as this ❤️🥰🙏🏻

A glimpse at our morning yoga practice we’ve been enjoying at the villa this week.

Practicing with these views and the fresh salty air takes it to another level.

Thankful for this time, space and beautiful people to share it with.

And a big thanks for the amazing photo

🙏🏻🧘‍♀️😊
