1st day at Kata Hot Yoga🔥! I'm continuing my practice wherever I go. In my flat in Japan, I had to use my second room and two floor heaters. Now, I'm back in a group practice!!! I love practicing with others, you can feel the energy! There really is greater power in collective consciousness!

During my morning walk, I was doing my movement meditation and affirmations as I sing to one of my favorite artist Koffee. I pause my music and I repeat one of my favorite affirmations: I TRUST MYSELF. I usually speak this for a solid mile. It's powerful. So many of your choices will flood throw your mind as you walk an entire mile. You bring your minds focus back to the breath and the affirmation. You are washings those fears and regrets away with movement as you focus on your steps. Reprogramming your mind to always move forward with each step. Trusting the one person who will never let you down. I finish my walks with Namaste, Thanking me for believing in ME; this day🙌🏾🙏🏽

On my daily run...sometimes walk depending on what my body says. I came across multiple families of Iguanas. SPIRIT reminded me... You don't have to travel the world to find novelty. Most of the novelties and marvels you will come across in life are right in your own back yard! -Happily
