3 วันที่ไม่ได้เรียนแค่เรื่องธุรกิจ แต่ทำให้เราเห็นเส้นทางของ PRCO ชัดขึ้นกว่าเดิม 🚀🌏
PRCO รู้สึกยินดีและเป็นเกียรติอย่างมากที่ได้รับคัดเลือกให้เป็นหนึ่งใน 26 ผู้ประกอบการ MedTech ไทย ที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ The MedTech Catalyst – Cohort 1
โครงการนี้จัดขึ้นเพื่อช่วยให้ผู้ประกอบการที่มีเทคโนโลยี งานวิจัย หรือนวัตกรรม เรียนรู้ว่า...
จะเปลี่ยน “ไอเดียและงานวิจัยที่ดี” ให้กลายเป็น “ธุรกิจที่เติบโตได้จริง” ได้อย่างไร
เพราะในโลกของธุรกิจ การมีผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดีเพียงอย่างเดียวอาจยังไม่เพียงพอ
เราต้องรู้ด้วยว่า ลูกค้าของเราคือใคร ตลาดต้องการอะไร จะขายอย่างไร จะขยายธุรกิจอย่างไร และจะทำอย่างไรให้นักลงทุนหรือพันธมิตรทางธุรกิจเชื่อมั่นในสิ่งที่เรากำลังสร้าง
ตลอด 3 วัน เราจึงไม่ได้แค่นั่งฟังการบรรยาย แต่ได้ คิด วิเคราะห์ ลงมือทำ และทดลองนำเสนอธุรกิจจริง ตั้งแต่การวิเคราะห์ตลาด การเตรียมธุรกิจเพื่อระดมทุน การประเมินมูลค่าบริษัท การวางแผนขยายธุรกิจ การหาพันธมิตร ไปจนถึงการเจรจากับนักลงทุน
หนึ่งในสิ่งสำคัญที่เราได้เรียนรู้คือ
“นวัตกรรมที่ดี ต้องตอบได้ด้วยว่า ดีต่อใคร และจะสร้างคุณค่าให้กับธุรกิจได้อย่างไร”
นักลงทุนไม่ได้มองเพียงว่าเทคโนโลยีของเราน่าสนใจแค่ไหน แต่ยังมองว่า มีคนต้องการใช้จริงหรือไม่ มีโอกาสเติบโตมากแค่ไหน ทีมสามารถทำให้เกิดขึ้นจริงได้หรือไม่ และธุรกิจจะสามารถเติบโตไปได้ไกลแค่ไหน
อีกหนึ่งประสบการณ์ที่น่าจดจำคือการได้ Pitch ธุรกิจต่อหน้าคณะกรรมการจำลองการลงทุน และรับฟังความคิดเห็นโดยตรงว่า หากพวกเขาเป็นนักลงทุนจริง บริษัทใดที่พวกเขาอยาก ลงทุน ร่วมเป็นพันธมิตร ซื้อกิจการ หรือยังไม่เลือกลงทุน พร้อมอธิบายเหตุผลว่าทำไม
ทำให้เราได้เห็นธุรกิจของตัวเองจากอีกมุมหนึ่ง และเข้าใจมากขึ้นว่า ก่อนที่บริษัทหนึ่งจะเติบโตจากประเทศไทยไปสู่ตลาดต่างประเทศ ยังมีอะไรอีกมากที่ต้องเตรียมให้พร้อม
สำหรับ PRCO การเข้าร่วมโครงการครั้งนี้จึงไม่ใช่แค่การมาเรียน 3 วัน หรือได้รับ Certificate กลับบ้าน
แต่เป็นการได้ แนวคิดใหม่ ประสบการณ์ใหม่ Connection ใหม่ และมุมมองใหม่ในการพัฒนาบริษัท
จากเดิมที่เราถามว่า
“เราจะสร้างผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดีได้อย่างไร?”
วันนี้เราถามเพิ่มว่า
“เราจะทำให้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ดี กลายเป็นธุรกิจที่เติบโตและสร้างประโยชน์ให้กับผู้คนได้อย่างไร?”
PRCO ยังอยู่ในช่วงเริ่มต้นของเส้นทางนี้ และยังมีอีกหลายอย่างที่ต้องเรียนรู้และพัฒนา
แต่ทุกก้าวเล็ก ๆ ในวันนี้
กำลังพาเราเข้าใกล้เป้าหมายที่ใหญ่ขึ้นในอนาคต 💙

รวมถึงเพื่อน ๆ ผู้ประกอบการ MedTech ทุกท่านที่ได้ร่วมเรียนรู้ แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และสร้าง Connection ดี ๆ ไปด้วยกัน

แต่เป็นแนวคิดที่เราจะนำกลับมาพัฒนา PRCO ต่อไปอีกนาน

Three days of learning that gave us a clearer vision of where PRCO can go next. 🚀🌏
PRCO is delighted and honored to have been selected as one of 26 Thai MedTech founders participating in The MedTech Catalyst – Cohort 1.
The idea behind the programme was simple but important:
How do we turn a good idea, research project or innovation into a business that can actually grow?
Having a great product or technology is only the beginning.
A company also needs to understand who its customers are, what problem it solves, how it will enter the market, how it can grow, and why investors or business partners should believe in it.
During the three-day programme, we did much more than attend lectures. We worked through real business exercises, developed our pitch, studied our market, learned about fundraising and company valuation, explored partnerships, and practiced negotiating with investors.
One of our biggest lessons was:
“A great innovation must not only work — it must also create real value for real people.”
Investors do not look only at how impressive the technology is.
They also want to know:
Do customers really need it?
Can the business grow?
Can the team make it happen?
And can this company become something much bigger in the future?
One of the highlights was the Final Investor Pitch Simulation, where companies presented their businesses to a panel and received direct feedback on whether they would invest, partner, acquire or pass — and most importantly, why.
For PRCO, this experience was about much more than completing a three-day programme or receiving a certificate.
We came home with new knowledge, new perspectives, new connections and new ideas about how to build our company for the future.
We used to ask:
“How can we create a great product?”
Now, we are also asking:
“How can we turn a great product into a business that grows and creates meaningful value for people?”
PRCO is still at the beginning of this journey. There is much more for us to learn, build and improve. But every small step today brings us closer to a much bigger goal tomorrow.
