Allow yoga to show the way. 🌿

It requires a lot of releasing, of expectations, of who you thought you were supposed to be by now, of what the practice is even meant to look like.

When you really dive in, it stops being about the poses. You start finding parts of yourself you were never connected to before. And you genuinely never know where that leads.

That’s the part nobody tells you at the start. You don’t get to plan the ending. You just have to trust the process enough to keep showing up on the mat. 🤍

We put the question to our own teachers, the ones who came to this island once and never really left.

The answers were different, but the thread running through them wasn’t. Something about the island holds you steady while you go through the harder parts of the process. The jungle slows you down. The ocean gives you somewhere to process what comes up. The quiet makes room for things that are hard to hear in a busier life.

Office & Retreat Coordinator — Koh Phangan

One Yoga is looking for an Office & Retreat Coordinator to join our on-site team at our yoga school in Koh Phangan.

Based in Koh Phangan or open to moving to Koh Phangan? We’d love to hear from you. 🤍

Responsibilities
• Respond to booking emails and general enquiries
• Manage bookings across different platforms
• Communicate with students and teachers
• Welcome and assist students
• Support other operational duties as needed

Requirements
• Thai nationals only
• Good spoken English
• Very good written English
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Customer service experience
• Bookkeeping or basic accounting experience is a plus
• A positive and welcoming attitude

Benefits

• Two days off per week
• Salary increases over time as you gain experience in the role

This is a temporary, full-time role of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of becoming a long-term position.

WE ARE HIRING! 📣

𝗢𝗻𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 is looking for an experienced 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 to grow and manage our presence across multiple platforms, build a thriving community, and tell stories from our yoga school on Koh Phangan.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Create and publish original content (posts, reels, stories, carousels) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok
- Shoot and edit photo/video content on-site, including student testimonials and retreat moments
- Manage our Facebook community groups and engage our audience daily
- Monitor and report on performance monthly across Meta Business Suite and YouTube Studio
- Coordinate with the team via Slack and weekly strategy meetings

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Based on Koh Phangan
- Fluent or mother-tongue English
- Strong video editing skills (short and long form)
- Graphic design skills (Canva at minimum)
- Social media SEO knowledge
- Analytical mindset: comfortable reading and acting on platform insights
- Proactive, organized, creative, great team player
- One Yoga graduate is a bonus
