🫁 A Concrete Commitment to Respiratory Health in Tunisia
On June 30, 2026, the official handover of spirometers took place at the premises of STMRA (Tunisian Society of Respiratory Medicine and Allergology), where we received a warm welcome.
This donation, offered by Chiesi Laboratories, once again reflects their long-standing commitment to respiratory health and to improving the diagnostic tools available to healthcare professionals.
Esculape Pharma, Chiesi Laboratories' local partner in Tunisia, had the honor of handing over this donation, reaffirming its role as a close, on-the-ground partner to the Tunisian medical community.
Beyond its medical dimension, this event carried a strong symbolic significance: as an Italian pharmaceutical group active in Tunisia, Chiesi also embodies the economic and institutional ties between Italy and Tunisia. It is in this spirit that the event brought together:
🔹 Members of STMRA, for their medical expertise and warm hospitality
🔹 His Excellency the Ambassador of Italy to Tunisia, Alessandro Prunas, reflecting the Embassy's institutional engagement with this partnership

On May 8th, we brought respiratory healthcare directly to the community of Mornag.

On the occasion of World Asthma Day 2026, the Tunisian Society for Respiratory Medicine and Allergology (STMRA) deployed a new SOLID'AIR medical caravan in Mornag under the aegis of the Regional Health Directorate of Ben Arous with the support of Chiesi Group, through its local partner Esculape Info Pharma.

Free medical consultations and spirometry screenings were offered to the local population because early diagnosis of chronic respiratory diseases should never be a privilege.

Asthma and COPD remain largely underdiagnosed in Tunisia. Initiatives like SOLID'AIR are not symbolic gestures they are a concrete field response to a real public health challenge.

This is what meaningful healthcare partnership looks like proximity, prevention, and commitment in the field. 🤝

A sincere thank you to STMRA for leading this initiative with professionalism and genuine commitment. On March 31st, 2026, Tunisian Society for Respiratory Medicine and Allergology (STMRA) organized a medical caravan dedicated to the early detection of asthma and COPD, with the support of Chiesi Group through its local partner Esculape Info Pharma
Free consultations and spirometry tests were offered to the population of Kalaat Andalus because access to early diagnosis should never be a privilege.
Chronic respiratory diseases remain largely underdiagnosed in Tunisia. Initiatives like SOLID'AIR are a concrete answer to this silent challenge bringing expertise, care, and prevention directly into the community.
