خواطر حول السياحة الصحية

عادة ماننسى ان السياحة العلاجية هى كلمة مركبة من شقين ، كلٍ منهما هو تخصص يحتاج الى توفيره بعناية فائقة بمفرده ثم دمجهما معا كما سنرى خلال هذا الكتاب لنصل الى منتج نهائى قابل للمنافسة فى الاسواق العالمية.
والطريف فى الأمر ان كلا الكلمتين تحملان مشاعر متناقضة عند سماعهما فبقدر ماتحمل "السياحة" كل مشاعر الاسترخاء من شمس وبحر وهواء بقدر ماتحمل "العلاجية" كل مشاعر الالم من علاج ومستشفيات وأدوية وهو مايستدعى من كل من يعمل فى هذا المجال ان يكن حذرا للغاية فى المفردات التى يستخدمها فى كل مراحل التسويق

لا يصلح ان تسوق السياحة العلاجية بنفس مفردات تسويق الخدمات الطبية فالأمر هنا مختلف تماما فأنت تمزج خدماتك الطبية بخدمات الضيافة ليتولد لديك منتج جديد له مواصفات خاصة وعملاء مختلفين ينتظروا ان تخاطبهم بلغة تصل الى عقولهم وقلوبهم فى نفس الوقت.
