تكوّنت بين الأشخاص الذين إتّفقوا أو سيتّفقون على هذا النّظام الأساسي منظّمة أطلق عليها المنظّمة العالميّة للتطوّع و تم تصنيفها ضمن المنظّمات خيريّة، إسعافيّة، إجتماعيّة ذات صبغة عامّة وهي خاضعة للمرسوم عدد 88 لسنة 2011 المؤرّخ في 24 سبتمبر 2011 و لأحكام قانون عدد 26 لسنة 2010 مؤرّخ في 21 ماي 2010 المتعلّق بالعمل التطوّعي.
